How we’re working towards a more sparkling world
Climate & circularity
At My Jewellery, we acknowledge our responsibility and translate this into concrete actions. We actively work on reducing our CO₂ emissions across design, production, and distribution. We measure the impact of our collections as well as our own operations, and use these insights to take targeted steps to gradually reduce our ecological footprint.
We are also committed to circular production. Through our Re-Celebrate project, we give jewellery and clothing a second life. Together with local partners, we create new items from returned or damaged products. In 2025, we created 10,466 new jewellery pieces from old ones and collected 1,200 kilos of clothing.
Conscious materials
We aim to use materials that are responsibly sourced and respect both people and the environment. While not all materials currently meet these standards, we are continuously increasing our use of recycled, renewable, and environmentally friendly materials.
Responsible sourcing
We are working towards greater transparency and traceability throughout our entire supply chain, from raw materials to finished products. We strive to build long-term relationships with suppliers who meet strict environmental and ethical standards.

My Jewellery is a female-led company, driven by ambition and passion. We believe it’s important to create a safe environment where people can grow. With more than 1,000 employees across our boutiques, My Warehouse, and Headquarters, we know that every success comes from the passionate people who bring their energy, love, and strength into our brand.
