Growing by embracing new challenges<\/h3>\n

\u201cAs a Junior Area Manager, I\u2019m responsible for the South-East region together with my colleague Lotte. No two days are the same, and that\u2019s exactly what makes my job so enjoyable. One day I\u2019m analyzing results and discussing opportunities with Store Managers, and the next I\u2019m in a Boutique coaching and supporting teams. That variety is what gives me energy.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat I enjoy most is supporting teams and leaders. Together, we look at how we can bring out the best in a team, achieve our goals and make sure everyone enjoys coming to work. Every Boutique is different and has its own needs, which keeps the job dynamic and challenging.\u201d<\/p>\n

From intern to Junior Area Manager<\/h3>\n

\u201cMy journey at My Jewellery started five years ago as an intern. From there, I grew step by step: from Sales Assistant to Floor Manager, then Assistant Store Manager, followed by Store Manager of our Eindhoven Flagship Store. Today, I\u2019m proud to call myself a Junior Area Manager.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I look back, I\u2019m proud of every step I\u2019ve taken. To me, that\u2019s exactly what Let\u2019s grow together means. If you take initiative, show what you\u2019re capable of and enjoy what you do, there are real opportunities to grow. I\u2019ve always felt trusted to take on new challenges and continue developing myself.\u201d<\/p>\n

Celebrating success together<\/h3>\n

\u201cThe people are what truly make me feel at home here. Whether you work in a Boutique or at our Head Office, everyone is approachable and supportive. There\u2019s an open atmosphere where you can be yourself and where colleagues genuinely help each other. Collaboration is also at the heart of our team. We motivate each other, think along and work together towards our goals. Of course, we celebrate the big successes, but for me it\u2019s often the small moments that matter most. Taking time to appreciate what\u2019s going well, complimenting each other and feeling proud of our achievements together creates so much positive energy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Continuing to grow every day<\/h3>\n

\u201cWhat I\u2019ve learned? Growth doesn\u2019t always come from one big leap. By embracing opportunities, staying curious and being open to new challenges, you often achieve more than you ever imagined.
