Growing with a brand that fits me<\/h3>\n

\u201cIn 2021, I started as an Assistant Store Manager in our Boutique in Eindhoven. After a while, I felt like I was missing a bit of a challenge, so I decided to speak up about it. My manager responded really positively and genuinely thought along with me. Not long after that, I got the opportunity to become Store Manager in Tilburg. That step gave me a whole new boost of energy. And when the Retail Support Employee role became available, I applied immediately. It felt like the perfect next step.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cNow, I support the Retail team with operational projects and store administration. The variety in my work, combined with still contributing to the success of our Boutiques, makes my job both fun and meaningful. We have a close-knit team that works really well together. Even though structures sometimes change, the atmosphere always stays strong. And what I love most is that I help support stores that bring the My Jewellery story to life for our customers every single day.\u201d<\/p>\n

Working somewhere that feels like home<\/h3>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s so important to be honest about your ambitions and to speak up about what you need. Opportunities don\u2019t just appear on their own, but when you share where you want to go, people here truly listen. Thanks to that openness, I now work in a place where I completely feel at home. And that feeling goes beyond my role alone: the office feels like a second home, filled with colleagues who give me energy every day. Store openings will always feel like celebration moments to me, because that\u2019s when you really see what we\u2019ve built together.
