Our organisation is approachable and informal. Everyone looks out for one another, and teamwork comes naturally. We focus on creating healthy workplaces, with employee wellbeing at the centre. That\u2019s why every team organises a fun activity each year to get to know each other even better, with plenty of laughter along the way. Think creative workshops in our own Ateliers, escape rooms at the office, boat trips on the My Jewellery boat, crazy golf, theme park outings or pasta-making sessions together.
