What do you do at My Jewellery?<\/strong>
I manage the Social & SEA Specialists and am responsible for social advertising activities and strategy. I closely monitor the results of our social media campaigns, work to optimise them, and collaborate with the Branding team to create the best possible content to improve results. When the results are good, it\u2019s very energizing to share that with the whole team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is it like to work in the Social & SEA team?<\/strong>
It\u2019s great! We regularly hold news update meetings to share knowledge and updates with each other. It\u2019s very educational and fun to see how well everyone performs. At My Jewellery, we all work together and share the same motivation to make the most of it.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?<\/strong>
Since December 1, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does a typical workday look like for you?<\/strong>
I handle advertising on Google and Microsoft. This includes search ads among organic search results, shopping ads, YouTube ads, display banners, and ads in Gmail and Outlook. I ensure these ads are optimised and aim to drive as much traffic and conversions as possible. Whenever there\u2019s a sale or launch, we also make sure to run ads for those events. It excites me to see how even small adjustments to ads can have an impact on the results. That way, you can continuously work on optimisation and see the results immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How would you describe the atmosphere within the Social & SEA team?<\/strong>
I really enjoy being part of this team. There are so many opportunities and plans in the pipeline, and we\u2019re all tackling them with great energy,<\/p>\n<\/div>

What do you do at My Jewellery?<\/strong>
I\u2019m responsible for managing our social media channels and ensuring that our brand identity comes across clearly. I create content plans, come up with creative captions, and analyze performance. I also work closely with the Branding team to ensure our content is always brimming with creativity. Seeing how our community reacts to the content we share always gives me a boost of energy! I enjoy being creative and collaborating with other teams to create new, unique content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is it like to work in the Social & SEA team?<\/strong>
So much fun! Within the team, we work closely together and inspire each other with new ideas. We share a lot of knowledge and keep each other updated on the latest trends and developments in social media. We also brainstorm weekly on how best to turn trends into viral content. It\u2019s a creative and energetic work environment where you really get the space to contribute your ideas and make a difference.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Since May 21, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does a typical workday look like for you?<\/strong>
Every day, I set up and analyze campaigns and ads on various platforms, such as Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok. I\u2019m also responsible for all social ads in the German and Belgian markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How would you describe the atmosphere within the Social & SEA team?<\/strong>
It\u2019s incredibly friendly and diverse. Every day is different. From day one, I felt incredibly welcome in the team, and that feeling hasn\u2019t changed. It\u2019s become like a group of friends where we can work together and share knowledge, but also just chat about what we\u2019re doing over the weekend. And collaborating with other departments here comes naturally. It\u2019s super accessible and incredibly educational.<\/p>\n<\/div>

What do you do at My Jewellery?<\/strong>
I\u2019m responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimising ads on various social media channels such as Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Together with my colleagues, I ensure that we continuously run engaging ads that perfectly align with our target audience and deliver strong results. We conduct extensive testing to continually improve and optimise our social campaigns for maximum impact. The freedom to try out new ideas and innovations and immediately see their effect on our social campaigns energizes me. It\u2019s great to see the results of these optimisations reflected in the ads\u2019 performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is it like to work in the Social & SEA team?
<\/strong>It\u2019s super fun! Our team consists of friendly, helpful, and driven colleagues. We work hard, but there\u2019s always room for fun, and we support each other when needed. Plus, we learn a lot from each other and plan fun activities outside of work. We share the same mindset: to keep growing. Not just professionally, but personally as well.
