Growing through your own talent<\/h2>\n

We see that growth reflected on the work floor every single day. No less than 57.5% of our current coordinators at the Headquarters have grown into their role internally from another position. In our Boutiques, that percentage is even higher: more than 75% of our managers have grown within My Jewellery. <\/span><\/p>\n

From Sales Assistant to Store Manager, or from a starter role at the office to a specialist position: we believe talent should have the opportunity to develop. That\u2019s why we invest in guidance, trust and opportunities to take the next step. <\/span><\/p>\n
