As the person with overall responsibility for the shop, you will provide day-to-day leadership, coach your colleagues, and ensure the Boutique looks impeccable. You\u2019ll also be the point of contact for Head Office and play an active role in the brand\u2019s growth in your region.<\/p>\n<p style=\"min-height: 1.7em;\">\n<h2>Your tasks<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>You are responsible for overall store management: the team, sales, the shop\u2019s appearance and achieving targets;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>You manage and coach the team on the shop floor on a daily basis and conduct performance reviews and job interviews;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>You monitor KPIs relating to sales, customer satisfaction and planning;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>You are the main point of contact for colleagues at Head Office and the Retail Coordinator;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>You identify opportunities in the market and respond to them with promotions and optimisations;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>You ensure accurate staff planning and stock management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"min-height: 1.7em;\">\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>You have at least 2\u20133 years\u2019 managerial experience as a Store Manager, Branch Manager or in a similar retail role;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>You have completed a vocational qualification (MBO), preferably in fashion or business;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>You are flexible and available to work evenings and weekends;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>You have a strong sense of responsibility and know how to motivate people;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>You live in or near Amsterdam.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"min-height: 1.7em;\">\n<h2>About My Jewellery<\/h2>\n<p>My Jewellery is one of the fastest-growing e-commerce companies in the Netherlands.
