Then this is your opportunity!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#121317\">As an Application Support Specialist, you play a key role in keeping our warehouse systems running smoothly. You are the first point of contact for operational system-related questions, support colleagues on the warehouse floor, and ensure that system issues are resolved quickly and effectively. You work closely with the Application Manager, external vendors, and the warehouse operations team to keep our logistics processes running efficiently.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"min-height: 1.7em;\">\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#121317\">Your day-to-day responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color:#121317\">Monitor the continuity of our logistics systems, including Reflex WMS and Geek+ AMRs, resolving issues independently or involving the right stakeholders when needed.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color:#121317\">Register, prioritize, and follow up on support tickets to ensure timely resolution.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color:#121317\">Support end users with scanners, PDAs, workstations, and other warehouse hardware.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color:#121317\">Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color:#121317\">Ensure a smooth handover between shifts to maintain operational continuity.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color:#121317\">Keep documentation, work instructions, and standard solutions accurate and up to date.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color:#121317\">Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements to make our systems and processes smarter and more efficient.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"min-height: 1.7em;\">\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#121317\">Discover your new workplace!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#121317\">Curious about where you&#8217;ll make an impact as our Application Support Specialist?
