16 JUIN 2025Chaque mois, nous accueillons nos nouveaux coll\u00e8gues lors de My Intro : l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi d\u2019introduction pendant lequel ils d\u00e9couvrent My Jewellery, notre culture et, bien s\u00fbr, les autres nouveaux arrivants. Un moment important, car un bon d\u00e9part fait toute la diff\u00e9rence. <\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Le premier pas chez My Jewellery<\/h2>\n

Pendant My Intro, nous plongeons les nouveaux coll\u00e8gues dans l\u2019histoire de notre marque. De la naissance de My Jewellery \u00e0 ce que nous sommes aujourd\u2019hui en tant qu\u2019organisation en pleine croissance. Nous expliquons aussi comment nous collaborons au quotidien, sur la base de la confiance, de l\u2019ambition et de l\u2019autonomie. Des valeurs que l\u2019on retrouve chaque jour sur le terrain. <\/span><\/p>\n

Au-del\u00e0 des informations, l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi est surtout plac\u00e9e sous le signe de la connexion. Les nouveaux coll\u00e8gues apprennent \u00e0 se conna\u00eetre, partagent leurs premi\u00e8res exp\u00e9riences et d\u00e9couvrent \u00e0 quel point l\u2019organisation est vari\u00e9e. D\u00e8s le premier jour, un vrai sentiment d\u2019appartenance et de teamspirit se cr\u00e9e. <\/span><\/p>\n
