Cette croissance, nous la voyons chaque jour sur le terrain. Pas moins de 57,5 % de nos coordinateurs actuels au si\u00e8ge ont \u00e9volu\u00e9 en interne depuis une autre fonction. Dans nos Boutiques, ce pourcentage est encore plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 : plus de 75 % des managers ont grandi au sein de My Jewellery. <\/span><\/p>\n
