When you visit our careers website or apply for a job with us, we may process the following personal data:

How long do we keep your data?
We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
- Data related to ongoing applications will generally be kept until the end of the recruitment process. If you start working at My Jewellery, your personal data will be stored according to our Employee Privacy Statement.
- If the application process is unsuccessful, your data will automatically be deleted within 3 months. If you give us permission to include you in our talent pool, we will keep your personal data for up to 1 year so we can contact you about relevant vacancies. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Technical and cookie data will be stored according to the retention periods stated in our cookie policy or website settings.
Security
My Jewellery takes all reasonable steps to ensure your personal data is properly secured using appropriate measures. This protects your data against unauthorised or unlawful processing, alteration, access, disclosure, destruction or loss.
