How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been working at My Jewellery since September 2024.

What does a typical workday look like for you?
I’m responsible for managing operations and developing the team. My day starts by checking how many orders there are across all order flows. We then draw up a tight schedule and hold a daily kick-off meeting to brief the team on the plan. After that, we get to work on picking, inbound and returns. Throughout the day, I liaise a lot with engineers, planners and HR, and I look at where we need to make adjustments.

What makes your job so fun?
Sending out as many orders as possible in a single day, together. That makes a huge number of customers happy. One moment that really sticks in my mind is Golden Weekend 2025. That’s when the team set a new picking record. That was truly brilliant teamwork.

What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean to you?
I’ve been able to make great strides by taking leadership training courses. These have helped me to further develop my vision and mission as a team leader. To me, ‘Let’s grow together’ means that we grow together as a team, help each other improve and encourage one another to take a step forward every day. Everyone is willing to go the extra mile for one another, and that’s wonderful to see.

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I joined My Jewellery in December 2025.

What do you do at My Warehouse?
I manage a team that ensures all parcels are dispatched on time. Every day, shipments go out to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. Together, we make sure everything runs like clockwork.

What makes your job so fun?
Developing a team and putting the right people in the right place at the right time. By focusing on personal growth, we are building a self-managing and responsible team. Combined with process optimisation, we are becoming more efficient every day.

How would you describe the atmosphere within My Warehouse?
We’ve become very close in a short space of time. You can always ask for help or give feedback. We treat each other with respect and celebrate successes, big and small. There’s a positive, hands-on mentality to further develop the warehouse so we can keep pace with the company’s growth. Getting a little better every day is our shared goal.

What are you proud of in your work or team?
That visitors say it looks calm in the warehouse, whilst we know that, as a team, we simply work efficiently and are well organised.

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been working at My Jewellery since December 2025 and started during the busiest time of the year, around Golden Weekend and Christmas.

What do you do at My Warehouse?
I have final responsibility for our team’s results and quality. I support colleagues in their development and carry out HR tasks and performance reviews. Because of the morning and evening shifts, my work is very varied. I spend the mornings in meetings with the improvement team and Headquarters, and the evenings with my team and the departments I work with. I also have the freedom to try things out and contribute in my own way.

What makes your job so fun?
I get a real buzz from hitting our targets, contributing to the growth of My Jewellery, and seeing my team members grow. It feels great when we take steps forward together, both personally and in terms of processes. Making all our customers happy with their parcels is only possible thanks to the teamwork and enthusiasm of the team.

What is it like to work in My Warehouse?
Everyone is willing to help each other and there’s always someone ready to support you. Hard work is genuinely appreciated, with treats, food trucks or small surprises during holidays and birthdays. Those little things make a big difference and really strengthen the team spirit.

Iris van der Zanden
Forewoman

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been working at My Jewellery since January 2025.

What does a typical workday look like for you?
Every day, I ensure that all processes run smoothly and support the Team Leaders in managing the team. If problems arise, I’m the first on the scene to find a suitable solution. I draw up schedules for the shop floor, assist with meetings and step in where necessary. That responsibility gives me a lot of energy.

What makes your job so fun?
The connection with the team. We’re really one big family. During Golden Weekend, we worked incredibly hard, yet there was a sense of calm on the shop floor. We celebrated with parties and food trucks, and I felt hugely appreciated.

What is it like to work in My Warehouse?
Great! From day one, I felt incredibly welcome. I immediately felt I could discuss anything and that I was given the space to grow. That lovely atmosphere has never gone away, and I’m still grateful for it every day.

What is it like to work in My Warehouse?
Thanks to my Team Leader, I’ve experienced significant personal growth. I gained insight into the inner workings of team leadership and was invited to join a recruitment process. That trust means a lot to me.

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been working at My Jewellery since November 2025. My first impression was immediately positive. It felt like a warm welcome, where I was received with open arms.

What do you do at My Warehouse?
I’m responsible for warehouse planning. I make sure there are enough staff scheduled in the right departments so that all parcels can be sent to our customers and boutiques on time. I get a real buzz from working out the planning, liaising with the floor staff, and that moment when everything falls into place.

How would you describe the atmosphere within My Warehouse?
Friendly! We chat a lot and there’s always time for a joke. We celebrate successes and keep improving together. If you enjoy a great working atmosphere, room for growth and a friendly team, then My Jewellery is the right place for you.

What are you proud of in your work or team?
I’m proud of the fact that my work has a real impact on the warehouse and that I’m given plenty of scope and time to do it. Everything I come up with or think could be done more efficiently is taken on board.

Amber van Bodegraven
HR-Advisor My Warehouse

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I started at My Jewellery in August 2019.

What do you do at My Jewellery?
My role is very varied. I work on projects such as setting up onboarding for logistics staff and developing a new performance review and compensation policy. I also support the Team Leaders in various employee-related matters. We have weekly meetings, which allows us to truly build a strong and stable team together.

What makes your job so fun?
I get energy from working with people who all want to get the best out of My Warehouse. The best moment is when a new employee comes up to me and says they’ve never felt so seen before. That makes it personal and meaningful. I also get a lot of satisfaction from helping colleagues and seeing them grow.

How would you describe the atmosphere within the HR team?
There’s plenty of room for fun. We regularly come up with fun activities, such as a “pepernoten tasting contest,” get-togethers, or a Christmas & New Year’s game night with traditional Dutch games. We celebrate both the big and small moments together. That makes working here extra fun and ensures that I feel completely at home.

What steps have you taken since you started working here?
I started six years ago as an HR intern. From there, I progressed to HR Assistant, HR Associate, and eventually HR Advisor for the warehouse. Here, you get the chance to take steps forward and develop yourself. Moreover, the company’s dynamic environment teaches you to be flexible and spot opportunities. That’s something I really enjoy and that has also made me stronger in my role.

Rhaima Isenia
Recruiter My Warehouse

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
Since April 1, 2025.

What do you do at My Jewellery?
As a Recruiter for My Warehouse, it’s all about making connections. I bring people together with My Warehouse, looking beyond just a resume. Personality and team fit are my top priorities. My workdays are anything but routine. From coordinating with hiring managers and writing job postings to sourcing and interviewing candidates, I guide the entire recruitment process. What makes my work extra special is the personal connection. Getting to know candidates, seeing their enthusiasm grow, and sharing the My Jewellery story with them. That’s what really energizes me.

What makes your job so fun?
The strong sense of teamwork within the teams. Everyone brings their own expertise to the table, but it’s precisely by working together that we tackle challenges and achieve success. The atmosphere within the teams is open, personal, and positive, with accessible communication.

What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean to you?
To me, this means freedom and trust. Sharing ideas, taking initiative, and trying new things are encouraged.
