How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
Since October 2018, but I also did an internship at My Jewellery before that.

What do you do at My Jewellery?
I ensure our brand remains relevant and innovative. I focus on strengthening our community and encourage other departments to embrace brand thinking too. What I enjoy most is the creative aspect of devising campaigns. The enthusiastic reactions from the community on Instagram and TikTok, and the live energy during events, are truly priceless.

What makes your job so fun?
It’s cool to see how important the community aspect is becoming within My Jewellery. I’m proud that we’re continuing to build on that together.

What is it like to work in the Branding team?
We work hard, we’re honest and direct, but there’s also plenty of laughter. That balance means it’s always a pleasure to work together.

What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean to you?
Achieving the best possible results together. Together, you’re stronger and can achieve greater, more wonderful things. I see that reflected in my work every day.

Claudia Brok
Branding Coordinator

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I joined My Jewellery in 2020 as a Brand Specialist.

What do you do at My Jewellery?
I develop our campaigns at a conceptual level and ensure they are fully aligned with My Jewellery’s brand identity and strategic goals. I also manage the graphics team and work closely with all teams involved in external communications. From visuals to tone of voice, I make sure everything is consistent and tells a single, strong brand story.

What makes your job so fun?
The driven atmosphere and my colleagues’ passion. It’s inspiring to work with such a creative and enthusiastic team; everyone has their own strengths, and together we create something wonderful.

How would you describe the atmosphere within the Branding team?
Driven, passionate, caring, open and authentic. Every week is different, and we feed off each other’s creativity. We’re critical and ambitious, but there’s always room for care and camaraderie. That makes us a strong and close-knit team.

What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean to you?
For me, it’s about taking the initiative and seizing opportunities. Big or small: at My Jewellery, you always feel the impact of your efforts. You can see straight away that your work makes a difference.

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
Since December 2020.

What does a typical workday look like for you?
Every day, I work on visually presenting the brand and our products to customers via all our online channels. I always try to stay innovative and surprising, but with that recognisable My Jewellery ‘touch’ on top. I do this by using familiar style elements.

What are you proud of in your work or team?
Actually, every project. Because I handle all the online communications, I see my work featured on our social media every day, and that makes me proud.

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been working here as a Graphic Designer since January 2024.

What does a typical workday look like for you?
I translate our branding and campaigns into usable assets. For example, I design all the graphic materials for the Boutiques, such as window props, window stickers and collection cards. And when a Boutique opens, I make sure the building is beautifully wrapped to build anticipation! When we’re working on a major event or campaign, all sorts of tasks are shared across our team. We really do it all together!

What is it like to work in the Branding team?
We have a close-knit team and celebrate every milestone, big or small. I can really have a laugh with them! I’ve made some valuable friendships, including in the Boutique. When I first moved to Eindhoven, I made friends there whom I still meet up with every week.

What steps have you taken since you started working here?
In December 2019, I started as a Sales Assistant in the Boutique in Eindhoven alongside my studies, where I learnt a lot about our retail concept. After that, I worked as a Graphic Designer for various brands. When I had the chance to return to My Jewellery in January 2024, the decision was an easy one!

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I started my internship in February 2018 and joined My Jewellery officially in October 2018.

What do you do at My Jewellery?
We ensure that all communication is visualised in content for both online and offline channels. It’s important that the message resonates with the customer and aligns seamlessly with the brand’s ethos.

What makes your job so fun?
My colleagues make every day feel like a party. Together, we create wonderful things, inspire one another and can rely on each other. I’m happy and proud to be part of that every day.

What is it like to work in the Branding team?
It’s a fun and versatile team. We all complement each other and build beautiful things together. We need to work well together and know what we can expect from one another. Every day, we inspire each other with all the beautiful things we create.

What steps have you taken since you started working here?
I started with an internship in the Branding team and moved into the role of Online Content Creator from there. After that, I spent some time working on the photography and production of campaign shoots. Eventually, I found my place as a full-time Graphic Designer. Thanks to the company’s flexibility, I’ve really been given the opportunity to develop and find a role that suits me as a creative person. I’m proud of the progress both I and my team have made!
