How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been working at My Jewellery since May 2021.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
I coordinate the content team, which consists of content marketers, copywriters, SEO specialists and e-commerce marketers. I also oversee the ongoing development of related projects.
What makes your job so fun?
My colleagues and the great working atmosphere! Whenever we’re all in the office, it’s always a party. The atmosphere, openness and camaraderie within the team are what make me look forward to going to work every single day.
What is it like to work in the Content team?
Working in an international team is great fun and very educational. Every day is different and we’re constantly learning from one another.
What steps have you taken since you started working here?
I joined My Jewellery in 2021 as a Dutch Copywriter. A year and a half later, I started as a Content Project Assistant and shortly after that I was given the opportunity to become Coordinator of the Content team. So you could say that you get plenty of opportunities here if you’re ambitious!
What are you proud of in your work or team?
Black Friday is a real highlight for me. Everything is meticulously planned, and when it goes live and everything runs smoothly, we really celebrate that as a team.
Zoe Mattens

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I started in February 2020 as a Content and SEO intern. I stayed on for a while after that, then left temporarily, and I’ve been back since May 2021. I now work full-time and have had the opportunity to take on several roles.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
No two days are the same. One day I’m improving cross-functional collaboration and connecting teams to make processes run more smoothly. The next day I’m optimising content on the website. I also ensure that discount codes work correctly for the website, Boutiques and colleagues, provide strategic input and continuously monitor the quality of our output.
How would you describe the atmosphere within the Content team?
Close-knit, open and transparent. We take responsibility and celebrate our successes together. We’re not just colleagues, but also a large group of friends. We have smart people with a big heart for the brand. We spur each other on to get better every day.
What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean to you?
Growth starts with trust and connection. When people feel heard and valued, there is room to flourish together. Success here is never individual, but something you achieve together by sharing knowledge, supporting one another and pursuing common goals.
Perry van der Steen

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
Since November 2025.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
I am ultimately responsible for the SEO performance and I guide the SEO marketers within the team. My focus is on prioritisation, monitoring and coaching the team. Besides that, I am the project lead for launching new webshops in other countries. No day is ever the same, and that variety is exactly what makes it so much fun.
What makes your job so fun?
The people. In my experience, it always comes down to the people. Collaboration plays a huge role here and that is what gives me energy every day.
What is it like to work in the Content team?
Energetic. There is never a dull moment and there is always something happening.
What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean to you?
The plans are so ambitious that you can never do it all by yourself. You need to trust other people and give them the space to grow as well. Together, and with trust, it works. Together is the only way.

I’ve been working at My Jewellery since September 2023.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
I spend my time researching trends to identify opportunities for improving our online visibility. Based on this, I draw up effective SEO strategies. Through our relevant and creative content, I ensure that our brand ranks as highly as possible on Google.
What steps have you taken since you started working here?
I started as an SEO intern at My Jewellery in September 2023. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to stay on after graduating. I’ve been working here full-time since July 2024.
Tessa van Dashorst
E-commerce Marketer
How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been working at My Jewellery since August 2021.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
I deal with various e-commerce matters. From deals, promotions and on-site search, to personalisation, data analysis and seeking collaborations with other teams. No two days are the same. It’s incredibly enjoyable and challenging to be constantly working on different tasks, which brings fresh energy and plenty of variety.
What is it like to work in the Content team?
It’s incredibly enjoyable and educational to work with diverse international colleagues and teams. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn from one another, meaning no two working days are the same. What’s more, I keep my language skills sharp, as almost all team meetings are held in English.
What steps have you taken since you started working here?
I started as a Content Marketer for the English store view and have progressed to E-commerce Marketer.
Zoë Rebsch

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been working here since February 2023.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
I’m responsible for all the content and images on the website. From the menu to the blogs, I handle everything. In the morning I work on our shared to-do list, and in the afternoon I often have meetings with other departments and e-commerce teams. The website is constantly evolving, so no two days are the same.
What makes your job so fun?
The atmosphere in the office gives me lots of energy. We have a mixed team with different languages and backgrounds, and that’s precisely what makes it strong. Seeing my content on the website is always a proud moment. I’m proud of the steps we’re taking to optimise the website.
What steps have you taken since you started working here?
I started in the Customer Care team and progressed from junior to senior. Then, in 2025, I made the move to Content Marketer. I’ve become more confident in my skills and knowledge. For me, that’s truly growing together.
Katharina Heilen

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I started in July 2022 as a part-time copywriter. Since 2026, I’ve been working full-time and am the E-commerce Lead for Germany. I’m very proud of that progression.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
I make sure German customers find exactly what they’re looking for on our website. I monitor daily, weekly and monthly KPIs, plan campaigns for Germany and brainstorm with the team on how to improve performance. I love combining data with creativity and making a real impact.
How would you describe the atmosphere within the Content team?
We really have the best team. Every day is different and the team is full of energy and enthusiasm. We’re there for one another, we value laughter and support each other in the work we take on. We’re all super driven and get on really well together. The mix of creative minds and data-driven colleagues is the foundation of a brilliant team. We’re one big family!
What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean to you?
It means celebrating successes together, supporting each other when things don’t go to plan, and growing both personally and professionally. As long as we grow, the company grows with us.

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I started as an intern in September 2024 and began working full-time in March 2025.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
I manage almost all the content for the German website. From writing SEO copy and blog articles to translations for products, campaign copy and POS material. I also help design local campaigns and ensure that the German store view really resonates with our community.
What makes your job so fun?
The German store view is growing rapidly, and I get to grow alongside it. I’ve worked on local campaigns such as Oktoberfest and Easter, contributed to major commercial events like Shopping Week, and supported events and store openings. Taking on more responsibility over time really energises me!
What is it like to work in the Content team?
Our team feels like a group of friends. We celebrate our successes and ask each other daily what we have to celebrate. We support each other during busy periods and are there for one another at personal milestones. The atmosphere is optimistic, supportive and full of energy.
What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean to you?
For me, growth is never a solo journey. I feel confident taking on responsibility and contributing my ideas. As I grow in self-confidence and responsibility, the German store view grows with me. That is the power of growing together.

What do you do at My Jewellery?
My aim is to raise awareness of My Jewellery among French-speaking customers. I mainly focus on strategy and look for opportunities in France and Belgium to increase our visibility.
What is it like to work in the Content team?
It’s great fun working in an international team. You work alongside colleagues from different countries, which brings lots of new insights and ideas. Everyone’s good vibes and positivity create a lovely working atmosphere. Days in the office are always fun and sociable with the team.
What are you proud of in your work or team?
My first Black Friday! Working during this crucial period taught me a lot about the work culture and the brand’s objectives.

What do you do at My Jewellery?
I focus on copywriting and data analysis. Based on trends and insights, I write relevant blog posts and optimise the French website to reach our target audience even more effectively.
How would you describe the atmosphere within the Content team?
What I love about the Content team is the diversity. Everyone has a different background and way of looking at things, and that really broadens your perspective and way of thinking. I enjoy going into the office to work with a team that’s always brimming with creative ideas, which keeps work both fun and light-hearted.

Since I’ve been working at My Jewellery, the French-speaking team has expanded with new colleagues who have brought fresh energy and valuable perspectives to the team! It’s so lovely to work every day with girls who inspire me.
