How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been working here since March 2022. Time has flown by!
What do you do at My Jewellery?
I focus on ensuring the optimal presentation of our products in the online store. I also manage an (external) development team, prioritize features, and translate user needs into concrete functionalities.
How would you describe the atmosphere within the Digital Merchandising team?
It’s great! It’s a team where there’s room for fun, but where we work hard and can rely on each other. We’re part of the larger e-commerce team, and the same applies there. The culture is very open and accessible, and everyone is working toward the same goal: taking My Jewellery to the next level. You can feel that, and it’s energizing!
What steps have you taken since you started working here?
I started as Coordinator of the Product Content & Photography team. We’ve made great strides in these areas, and I’m very proud of that. After three years, an opportunity arose to take on the role of Product Owner while continuing as Coordinator of the Digital Merchandising team. Being commercially focused and building cool new things: an ideal combination!

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been working at My Jewellery since April 2025.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
I make sure the right products are shown to customers at the right time. I also analyze website performance, such as sales data and customer behavior, to optimise product placement within the product range. This involves setting up A/B tests. Additionally, I work with other teams to ensure the right visual product experience when new campaigns and collections are launched. Seeing an optimisation idea yield visible results on the website is incredibly motivating!
What makes your job so fun?
The great team, fun colleagues, and positive atmosphere make every workday a fantastic one. Being able to bring my own ideas to life and work on exciting projects definitely adds to that!
What is it like to work in the Digital Merchandising team?
Super fun! We’re a small but tight-knit team! This means we work closely together, and the atmosphere is fantastic. There’s plenty of room for camaraderie, and we’re driven to continuously improve and grow. We operate with an optimisation mindset, always eager to learn more. Not just from our clients, but from each other as well. That creates a wonderful atmosphere in the department!
What steps have you taken since you started working here?
In 2024, I started at My Jewellery as a CRO intern in the e-commerce department. I found that period to be incredibly fun, enjoyable, and educational. Because of that, it felt like coming home when I returned in 2025 as a Digital Merchandiser!

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been working here since November 2025. From the very beginning, I was given a very warm welcome and felt right at home.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
I start my day by opening the website and checking the category pages I’m responsible for. At the beginning of the week, I dive into Power BI to analyze last week’s sales and ATCs. I use those insights in weekly and monthly meetings. By closely monitoring the data, I know where I need to make adjustments and what optimisations I can implement.
What makes your job so fun?
My strength lies in analyzing e-commerce data and actually doing something with it. It’s energizing to contribute so directly to the growth of online sales. Plus, the industry is a perfect fit for me. I was already a fan of the brand, and that’s only growing stronger.
How would you describe the atmosphere within the Digital Merchandising team?
It’s truly a top-notch team! Everything is open for discussion; we help each other and take responsibility together. We have monthly meetings by product category where we share insights across different disciplines and solve issues together. The team atmosphere is just great. My colleagues are positive, cheerful, have a sense of humor, and are real go-getters. I’m super happy with my team.
