What do you do at My Jewellery?
I am ultimately responsible for the work environment at the Headquarters and in My Warehouse. Together with the team, I ensure that our colleagues can work every day in a pleasant, clean, safe, and inspiring environment. A place where you feel welcome and enjoy getting to work. In addition, I uphold our core values and actively contribute to strengthening My Jewellery’s unique company culture.
What makes your job so fun?
I get a lot of energy from creating a pleasant work environment for my colleagues. I strongly believe that when the work environment and atmosphere are good, it motivates colleagues to go that extra mile. That’s how we contribute together to the success and growth of My Jewellery.
What is it like to work in the Facilities team?
It’s a super fun and engaged team full of hardworking people. When needed, we’re all there for each other. I really feel at home within the organization. Throughout the year, we take moments to celebrate successes and milestones, but the highlight for me is definitely the annual Christmas party. Partying with all my My Jewellery colleagues—it’s so much fun!
What steps have you taken since you started working here?
I started as a Project & Event Coordinator, moved on to HR, then became a Facilities Coordinator, and am now a Workplace Experience Coordinator. Each step built on what I had already learned, but also challenged me to look further ahead. Together with the team, I create an inspiring work environment where colleagues can thrive. As they grow, My Jewellery grows with them. To me, that’s what growing together is all about.

I’ve been working at My Jewellery since October 2024.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
My role is very versatile. I’m the Team Leader of the Facilities team and handle day-to-day operations at the office. Together with the team, I make sure everyone in the offices feels welcome, that everything looks cozy and well-maintained, and that the atmosphere is positive. As a team, we also organize internal events, because there’s always something to celebrate.
What makes your job so fun?
The variety of tasks means no two days are the same. I also get a lot of energy from interacting with people. I work with many different colleagues, and as a team, we play a central role in the company. This also brings many teams together, for example during events. When everyone is having a good time and the atmosphere is lively, that really gives me energy!
How would you describe the atmosphere within the Facilities team?
Above all, it’s a lot of fun! We all work hard and help each other out when needed. We also love having a good time. A great combination, if you ask me. And at My Jewellery, we celebrate a lot of occasions. For example, we kick off the holiday season every year with the Christmas party, a real highlight for me!

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been working at My Jewellery since October 2024.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
No two days are the same. I’m responsible for our sustainability program. One day I might be working with the procurement team to ensure all our suppliers meet our social and environmental standards. The next day, I might be focusing on projects like optimising the end-of-life process for our products, improving our packaging, or calculating our CO2 emissions. I also regularly hold discussions or training sessions with colleagues to raise their awareness of sustainability.
What makes your job so fun?
With our sustainability program, we ensure that the world behind My Jewellery is just as sparkling as our products. As a company, we strive to make a positive impact, and I love exploring every day how we can continue to improve. What could be better than taking responsibility for our impact and turning it into a positive contribution to the world?
What is it like to work in the Facilities team?
It’s a lot of fun! My colleagues are always ready to help, work incredibly hard, and make the job extra enjoyable. Plus, we regularly enjoy a slice of cake together at the office. That just makes the atmosphere even better!

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been working at My Jewellery since February 6, 2023.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
In the Bistro, I prepare fresh soups, sandwiches, and delicious salads from Monday through Thursday. I also make sure that internal lunches are prepared down to the last detail.
What is it like to work in the Facilities team?
It’s great! I’ve really landed in a warm and welcoming environment, which isn’t something I’ve always experienced before. It’s wonderful that things are different here!
What makes your job so fun?
The feedback I receive in the form of appreciation from the guests in the Bistro! But also my lovely colleagues, the fun parties, and the little gifts we get along the way.
What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean to you?
We’ve gone from a Bistro with 50 guests a day to more than 100 a day. That shows how fast the company is growing, and we’re growing along with it.

I’ve been working at My Jewellery since February 1, 2022.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
I do all sorts of things, the craziest things! I handle odd jobs at the Headquarters, My Warehouse, and the Boutiques. I also set up trade shows, make sure the warehouse is tidy, and make trips to the Boutiques or other locations. You can ask me anything, because I’m a jack-of-all-trades!
What makes your job so fun?
The great work atmosphere within the team and in the stores I visit. Because my work is so varied, no two days are the same.
How would you describe the atmosphere within the Facilities team?
In one word: fun!

I’ve been working at My Jewellery since July 2024.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
I help out in My Warehouse with all kinds of tasks, transportation, and assist wherever needed.
What makes your job so fun?
The great colleagues and the appreciation I receive from everyone every time. But also the variety. I get to do different things that help others work more efficiently. Thanks to this variety of tasks and the great colleagues, I look forward to going to work every day.
How would you describe the atmosphere within the Facilities team?
Really great: a good atmosphere and friendly colleagues. I think it’s a wonderful place to work.

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been working at My Jewellery since June 2025.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
All sorts of things. My job description is very broad. For example, I drive all over the country (and beyond), assemble furniture, and generally make sure everything runs smoothly at the Headquarters and My Warehouse. Small jobs, big jobs: really, everything.
What makes your job so fun?
The diversity of my work and the great rapport with my colleagues. But definitely Anouk’s cooking skills, too!
What is it like to work in the Facilities team?
Really fun! We get along well as a team, so it’s not just fun at work, but outside of it, too. There’s always something to celebrate, and it’s nice to feel appreciated.

I’ve been working at My Jewellery since September 2019.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
I’m responsible for welcoming our customers, coordinating facility matters, and placing orders for the Headquarters and My Warehouse. I also manage the scheduling of meeting rooms, loaner laptops, and the company car.
What makes your job so fun?
I really enjoy interacting with so many different people and the variety of tasks.
How would you describe the atmosphere within the Facilities team?
We have a really great and friendly team. Everyone is there for each other, and we can count on one another. It’s wonderful to be able to rely on your colleagues like that!
What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean to you?
It means building something together and watching it grow. When I started at My Jewellery, there wasn’t a Facilities team yet. I was the first Front Office Employee. Now we’re a team of ten. It’s special to experience that growth up close. Not just within our team, but in almost all teams.

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I started in August 2025.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
No two days are the same. I greet guests and make sure they feel welcome. After all, we’re the first face they see. I also handle all the logistical support. From a new desk to a special cable, I take care of it as quickly as possible. In my first few weeks, I immediately noticed how many colleagues work at the Headquarters and how often they stop by the Front Office for help. You can tell right away how important our role is in the office.
What makes your job so fun?
The recurring theme of “what are we celebrating today” really makes this job a party. From birthdays to new collection launches, it’s never boring at My Jewellery. And don’t forget Anouk’s delicious food in the Bistro!
What is it like to work in the Facilities team?
I felt welcome and truly part of the team from the very first moment. We can have a good laugh together, but I can also definitely be myself when I’m having a rough day. That’s when my colleagues really give me energy. Since I’ve been working here, I’ve enjoyed going to work and coming home in a good mood. That says it all for me.
What are you proud of in your work or team?
We organized the busy period with Golden Weekend, the holidays, and store openings really well together. Because of this, I’m not dreading the next busy period—I’m actually looking forward to it!

I have been working at My Jewellery since September 2025.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
I’m responsible for welcoming guests, managing meeting rooms, and assisting with various facility-related tasks. I prepare lunches, book trips, and organize the celebrations we have at My Jewellery. Whether it’s for practical matters or just a friendly chat, my colleagues can always count on me! No two days are the same in this role!
What makes your job so fun?
No two days are the same, which makes the work fun and challenging. The tasks are varied, and you interact with people a lot, which creates a friendly and social work environment. That’s essential to me and gives me a lot of energy and joy. Together with the team, we accomplish something great every day and are there for one another.
What is it like to work in the Facilities team?
We get along really well, and I enjoy working with this team every day. Besides working hard, there’s always time for a cup of coffee, a laugh, and a friendly chat. It’s incredibly energizing to solve problems together and not focus on the issues, but instead work together toward a great end result.
What steps have you taken since you started working here?
I combine my work at My Jewellery with my studies to become an Office & Management Support Specialist, so I can continue to expand my knowledge and experience. With my degree, I hope to contribute even more to the team in the future and continue to grow within My Jewellery.
What are you proud of in your work or team?
I’m proud of how we organized the Golden Weekend breakfast, Christmas breakfast, and Christmas party together. “What are we celebrating today?” is central to My Jewellery, and that’s what I focus on every day in my role. How great is that?!
