Challenges that give me energy
“As a Technical Operator, I work in two shifts and, together with a colleague, ensure that all machines and Geek+ robots in My Warehouse keep running at their best. We continuously monitor the systems and solve technical issues as quickly as possible. No two days are the same. That variety and responsibility make my job interesting. And solving technical problems truly gives me energy. When a malfunction is fixed and everything runs smoothly again, it gives me a huge sense of satisfaction. Especially during busy periods, you need to think quickly and come up with solutions. That challenge motivates me to keep learning and developing myself.”
Growing as a colleague and as a person
“My journey at My Jewellery started as an Order Picker. From day one, I wanted to keep challenging and developing myself. When the opportunity came up to become a Technical Operator, I grabbed it with both hands. In a short amount of time, I learned so much. Not only technically, but also how to stay calm under pressure and trust my own abilities.”

Stronger together
“I’m most proud of the moments when we solve complex technical challenges as a team. Those moments when you look at each other and think, ‘Yes, we did it!’ are the most rewarding. Especially during Black Friday, I experienced just how powerful teamwork can be. It was an intense period, but I learned so much because of it. That team spirit is what makes me feel at home here. Everyone helps each other and works towards the same goal. There’s a lot of mutual respect, and that’s what makes me enjoy coming to work every day.”
