This is what you will do

My Jewellery is growing fast: with over 1000 colleagues and 60 boutiques in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France, and new markets on the horizon. Performance marketing is ready for the next phase: from good to sharp. You build that structure. You lead a team, manage multimillion budgets across multiple countries and channels, and ensure that performance and brand strengthen each other to achieve commercial results.

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you define the strategy for SEA, paid social, affiliates, and display. You stay close enough to the execution to know what works and where opportunities lie. You focus on incrementality and know when data provides enough direction to make decisions at country, category, and channel levels.

You make our paid channels smarter with AI-driven automation and translate this into the team's daily work. Thinking internationally comes naturally to you. You understand the dynamics of mature and growing markets and know how to achieve scale without losing sight of the brand.

Additionally, you work closely with colleagues from E-commerce, Retail, and Purchasing. You think from a commercial results perspective and naturally build bridges between teams to collectively make a greater impact.

Your responsibilities

  • You develop and implement the performance marketing strategy for SEA, paid social, affiliates, and display;

  • You manage and optimize large media budgets focusing on ROI, growth, and incrementality;

  • You lead the performance marketing team and guide colleagues in their development;

  • You analyze data, attribution models, and marketing mixes to identify opportunities and improvements;

  • You implement AI-driven solutions and automations to make campaigns smarter and more efficient;

  • You collaborate closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, and Purchasing to achieve commercial objectives.

What success looks like after 1 year?

  • There is an embraced performance marketing strategy, detailed per country, category, and channel;

  • The performance results in the Netherlands and Belgium exceed targets and are further optimized for margin and incrementality;

  • Germany shows demonstrable growth, and there is a scalable approach ready for future markets;

  • The team operates at a high level, takes ownership, and identifies opportunities before being asked;

  • Smart automation and AI are no longer experimental but a fixed part of the daily workflow;

  • E-commerce, Retail, and Purchasing view performance marketing as a strategic partner that enhances their results and accelerates processes;

  • There is a scalable and repeatable campaign structure continuously being refined.

What you bring

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in performance marketing, with responsibility for multiple channels and substantial marketing budgets in an e-commerce or DTC environment;

  • Demonstrable experience in leading, coaching, and developing a team;

  • Strong knowledge of and experience with incrementality, attribution models, and data-driven decision-making;

  • Experience with performance marketing campaigns in multiple countries or markets;

  • You effortlessly navigate between strategy and operations and elevate both to a higher level;

  • You have a sense of brand building and understand how performance and branding reinforce each other.
