Workation

At My Jewellery, we believe in the power of a workation and love thinking along with the personal needs of our colleagues. Our colleague Britt is currently enjoying two weeks in Spain! A great way to combine work with personal wishes and flexibility.

Working from a different environment

During her workation, Britt worked in the sunshine during the day while enjoying the surroundings in her free time. According to her, the change of scenery not only brought relaxation, but also new energy and creativity.

“For me, it’s truly an amazing opportunity. If you have a place where you can work comfortably, with good internet and of course a little sunshine, I would definitely recommend it to everyone. A different environment can bring more creativity, productivity and even relaxation. It definitely works for me!

And honestly… a pan of paella with a glass of sangria in the weekend doesn’t sound too bad either.”

 

Room for flexibility

We think it’s important that colleagues have the freedom to work in a way that suits them. Because when work and personal needs are well balanced, it often creates even more energy, motivation and enjoyment at work.
