Das wirst du tun

Als Assistant Store Manager in unserer Boutique in Stuttgart bist du die rechte Hand des/der Store Manager/-in. Gemeinsam führt ihr das Team, sorgt für ein kundenorientiertes Einkaufserlebnis und stellt sicher, dass die Boutique immer perfekt aussieht. Du denkst proaktiv mit, erkennst Chancen und unterstützt aktiv dabei, kommerzielle Ziele zu erreichen. Die perfekte Möglichkeit, Leadership und deine Leidenschaft für Fashion in einer wachsenden Retail Marke zu verbinden.


Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt den/die Store Manager/-in und vertrittst diese/-n bei Abwesenheit

  • Du koordinierst Aufgaben auf der Verkaufsfläche und packst aktiv mit an

  • Du sorgst für ein positives Einkaufserlebnis und einen hohen Service Standard

  • Du bringst Ideen für Chancen im lokalen Markt ein und bist aktiv auf der Verkaufsfläche präsent

  • Du trägst gemeinsam Verantwortung für KPIs und die Ziele des Stores

  • Du kümmerst dich um das Bestandsmanagement und reagierst auf Kund/-innenverhalten sowie (lokale) Events

  • Du motivierst dein Team und schaffst ein positives, zielorientiertes Arbeitsumfeld

Requirements

  • Du hast mindestens 2 bis 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Retail Position mit Führungsverantwortung

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

  • Du bist flexibel verfügbar, auch abends und am Wochenende

  • Du denkst kommerziell, handelst kundenorientiert und arbeitest zielgerichtet

  • Du fühlst dich sicher in der Kommunikation mit Kolleg/-innen auf Englisch

  • Du wohnst in oder in der Nähe von Stuttgart
