Yesterday, several My Jewellery Boutiques in the Netherlands were all about our Careers Evenings. A fun and interactive way to meet summer holiday talents and introduce candidates to My Jewellery in a different way.

Searching for new talent together

During the evenings, our Boutique colleagues welcomed several candidates in the Boutique. No standard interviews at a table, but an accessible evening where candidates learned more about working at My Jewellery, met other candidates from the region and joined short activities to get to know each other better.

That personal and informal atmosphere is exactly what made the evening so valuable. Candidates immediately got a feeling for the team, the Boutique and our way of working. And we instantly got to know the energy, personality and motivation behind the CVs.

 

A real team effort

The Careers Evenings were organised together by our Recruitment team and Boutique teams. From the preparations to welcoming candidates on the evening itself: everyone worked together to make it a success. Because growth is not only about our customers, but also about growing as a team. Together, we’re looking for new colleagues who perfectly fit My Jewellery.
