Team outings full of energy & connection

At My Jewellery, we believe that happiness at work and connection are just as important as working hard. That’s why our teams plan a team outing every year to create new memories together, get to know each other better and, most importantly, have a lot of fun.

From padel matches to boat trips

No team outing is ever the same. One team goes for a competitive padel session, while another prefers a boat trip, a GPS fatbike tour or an adventure in the climbing forest. It’s all about energy, relaxation and experiencing something together outside of work.

These kinds of moments often lead to the best conversations and the strongest connections. There’s a lot of laughter, plenty of new memories being made and lots of stories shared afterwards about all the adventures.

 

More than just a fun activity

For us, these outings are about more than just a fun afternoon or evening. They strengthen the bond between colleagues and help teams work together even better. Because the better you know each other, the stronger you can grow together.
