Team evenings in our Boutiques

In our Boutiques, it’s not just about working together on the shop floor, but also about continuing to learn and grow together. That’s why our teams regularly organise team evenings, fully on their own initiative and tailored to what’s happening within the Boutique.

Learning in a way that fits the team

No team evening is the same. One Boutique might organise a speed date challenge to become even faster at adjusting watches and folding displays, while another focuses on store zones, task distribution and teamwork.

Teams also share inspiring pitches where colleagues present ideas to boost sales or create an even stronger customer experience. Every Boutique decides for itself where extra focus is needed and how they want to work on this together.

 

Growing together on the shop floor

It’s exactly this freedom and involvement that makes these evenings so valuable. Colleagues learn from each other, share ideas and work together to build even stronger teams. At My Jewellery, we believe growth happens when you inspire one another, challenge each other and get the space to take initiative.
