Job interviews in Belgium

My Jewellery is growing fast, also beyond the borders of the Netherlands. That’s why our Recruiter and Belgium Area Manager recently spent the day interviewing candidates for several new Boutiques in Belgium. A day full of enthusiastic candidates, inspiring conversations and lots of energy.

Looking for new teams

During the interviews, it wasn’t just about experience, but especially about personality, ambition and the connection with our culture. At My Jewellery, we believe a strong team starts with people who get energy from working together, making customers happy and growing as a team.

And of course, we learned something ourselves too. Our colleagues even got a spontaneous mini Flemish language lesson during the interviews. Because in Belgium, you don’t ask someone if they’d like to “have a seat,” you simply say: “zet u!”

 

Continuing to grow in Belgium

With every new Boutique, we continue building our international growth and strong teams that create something special together. We can’t wait to open even more Boutiques, welcome new colleagues and make even more My Jewellery fans in Belgium happy.
