Brendon Lynch
Head of Retail

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I have been working at My Jewellery since October 2025, and it has been an exciting journey from the start!

What do you do at My Jewellery?
As Head of Retail, no day is ever the same. My days are filled with meetings and connecting with colleagues about our current Boutiques and our expansion plans. I focus on both the daily business and the bigger strategic picture.

What makes your job so fun?
I get the most energy from collaborating with my team to improve both the team and customer experience. Working together to make things better and drive results really motivates me.

How would you describe the atmosphere within the Retail team?
The vibe is fun. We work hard, but we also laugh a lot. Everyone brings their own personality, and that makes the team really special.

What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean to you?
We grow faster when we support and encourage each other to be our best. I learn something new every day from my team, and that is what growth means to me.

What are you proud of in your work or team?
I am most proud of how nimble and determined our team is. Opening a record number of Boutiques last year and again this year shows what we can achieve together. It is a true team effort.

Lotte Jennissen
Project Leader Store Development

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
Since July 2022.

What do you do at My Jewellery?
You’ll usually find me there whenever a new boutique opens or an existing one gets a refresh. I oversee and coordinate everything related to openings, relocations, and new concepts, both domestically and internationally. I handle the preparations at the office with various teams, but what I enjoy most is working on-site.

What makes your job so fun?
The variety. You switch things up a lot, work with different teams, and see something really take shape in a short amount of time. Together, we built a boutique from scratch in no time. That never fails to be special.

What is it like to work in the Retail team?
The atmosphere is energetic, driven, and friendly, with plenty of room for fun. We work hard, but there’s also time for a joke or a good conversation. It’s a team of very different people who work well together.

What steps have you taken since you started working here?
I started as Store Manager at the flagship store in Eindhoven. When the opportunity arose to become Area Manager, I didn’t hesitate for a moment. Starting in November 2025, I’ll be taking on the role of Project Leader Store Development. I’ve been given many opportunities to develop myself and take new steps. That motivates me enormously and ensures that I want to make the most of every day.

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
Since January 2026.

What does a typical workday look like for you?
As Area Visual Merchandiser (VM) in my region, I’m responsible for the visual and commercial decisions in the shops. I ensure that products are presented correctly and that this aligns with our brand vision. My aim is to continually raise the standard of visual merchandising.

What makes your job so fun?
I enjoy the hands-on styling the most. I also get a real buzz from ensuring we stick to the VM guidelines, keeping an overview of my region and liaising between the Boutiques and Headquarters. I’m given plenty of scope for my own creativity, and it’s great to be part of a growing company.

How would you describe the atmosphere within the Retail team?
We have a diverse VM team with different backgrounds, which strengthens us. The collaboration with my Area Manager is already going very well; we keep each other well informed and support one another in our work.

What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean to you?
Achieving even better results together. It’s not just about growing as a company, but also about your own personal development.

Angelique Oosting
Operationeel Retail Coordinator

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
Since December 2024.

What do you do at My Jewellery?
I manage the Retail Back Office team and am constantly working to improve operations in our boutiques. I collaborate closely with teams such as Supply Chain, IT, and Warehouse to make processes smarter and more efficient. By regularly visiting the stores, I see what’s going on and translate that into concrete improvements.

What makes your job so fun?
I get a lot of energy from visiting stores and talking to colleagues. That’s how I really see processes in action. When that leads to great results, I’m truly thrilled.

How would you describe the atmosphere within the Retail team?
Hard work, a great atmosphere, and lots of fun. Above all, we’re proud of each other and of what we achieve together. We make sure everything runs smoothly across departments and that we can provide the right support to the Boutiques.

What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean to you?
You can only grow together. Together with my team and all the departments, we’re building a strong and wonderful company.

My work is incredibly varied. I spend part of my time in the office and part of it on the road, both at home and abroad. And I work with a really great and motivated team.

To me, it means tackling projects together, such as new store openings. We learn from each other and keep improving what we do.

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been at My Jewellery since October 2023.

What do you do at My Jewellery?
My role is 360 degrees! I coordinate the open to-dos, support my teams, travel, push the business, read emails, attend meetings, and give 200% every day.

What makes your job so fun?
Pushing the business forward is what I love most, but of course this isn’t possible without my teams. So it’s really a mix of both.

How would you describe the atmosphere within the Retail team?
Our vibe is fire and power! Everyone is focused on results and next steps. We celebrate both small and big wins, from great figures, filling vacancies, to simply having fun together while getting things done.

What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean for you?
It has three aspects: my own growth within the company, embracing cultural differences, and the growth of the German and Retail markets.

What are you proud of in your work or team?
There are many moments, but I’m especially proud of the growth in Germany, the turnover we’re achieving, always finding solutions for new challenges, and building up a strong team.
