What do you do at My Jewellery?
I manage the Sales team and am working to showcase My Jewellery in the most beautiful locations at home and abroad through selective partnerships. We are in frequent contact with our retail partners and guide them on how we would like our brand to be presented. We are also increasingly focusing on EDI and replenishment strategies for Sales.
What makes your job so fun?
Anything is possible, because no mountain is too high and no bridge too far for My Jewellery! We approach every partnership in our own way. This means that our brand identity and how we present ourselves are paramount. By sticking strictly to this, we generate a lot of positive energy, both within our own team and among our partners. A focus on trends, high-quality products and the environment creates a sparkling shopping experience, all at a very competitive price.
What is it like to work in the Sales team?
Every day is different, but it’s always fun and challenging. We work very hard because our ambitions are high, but we also have a lot of laughs together. Everyone shares the same goal and you can feel it; it’s special to be part of that.

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
Since February 2014, so quite a long time!
What do you do at My Jewellery?
I’m responsible for My Jewellery’s offline presence. That includes the shop-in-shops in the Netherlands and travel retail outlets such as airports and train stations.
What makes your job so fun?
The great atmosphere means I always enjoy going to work. I’m in close contact with other departments. It’s inspiring to hear how hard everyone works to achieve the best results. Both small moments and major achievements are celebrated, and I love that this is recognised.
What is it like to work in the Sales team?
We’ve grown enormously in recent years and new doors are constantly opening. We work on exciting projects and have many colleagues in our team to bounce ideas off, each with their own insights. We work hard, but we also celebrate our successes!
What steps have you taken since you started working here?
I started as My Jewellery’s second employee ever, as a Customer Care Representative. I processed returns, posted the occasional Facebook update and dispatched orders. Since then, I have held several roles within My Jewellery. Since 2022, I have been working as a Travel Retail & Key Account Manager.

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been part of this sparkling team since May 2017.
What makes your job so fun?
Because you work with customers as well as your colleagues, you never know exactly what the day will bring! That’s how the best moments and ideas come about. Think of events, new collections, and so on. What’s more, we’re always on the go with the latest collection, and we sell a product that everyone loves and wants to have. That automatically makes your work a joy!
What is it like to work in the Sales team?
Every day, we’re doing what we’re good at, without it really feeling like work. We’re a close-knit team of diverse people who’ve been part of this wonderful company right from the start. That’s why we’re so in tune with each other and achieve the most amazing milestones, which we naturally celebrate too! We’re a friendly team that has grown significantly over the past few years. We’re all fully committed to it!
What steps have you taken since you started working here?
I started in 2017 as a Junior Account Manager, with only sales experience from the shop and my studies. After a few years, I became a Senior Account Manager and was given more responsibilities within the team. To keep challenging myself, I also started focusing on the B2B procurement process. From 2025, I officially became a Key Account & B2B Product Specialist.

What do you do at My Jewellery?
I mainly deal with B2B clients abroad. I also help prepare for international trade fairs. The varied nature of the work and the contact with others are what make this job so enjoyable. You can really make a difference with the things you do.
What makes your job so fun?
My brilliant colleagues ensure the working atmosphere is really great. We have a good chat whilst working, but we also all pull together and work hard.
What is it like to work in the Sales team?
I enjoy being part of this team. We help each other and ensure we achieve results.
What steps have you taken since you started working here?
I started as an intern in the Sales team and then moved on to become an International Account Manager.

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I have been working at My Jewellery since September 2021.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
I manage operations for marketplaces such as Zalando and About You. I work on the monthly targets and draw up the annual budgets based on sales figures. I also ensure that data is linked via the Channable and Channel Engine integrators. Furthermore, our team is responsible for gift cards with partners such as Albert Heijn, Primera and various online partners.
What is it like to work in the Sales team?
The atmosphere within the sales team is really great. Everyone is highly motivated to achieve the best results together. There’s always an opportunity to have a friendly chat with your colleagues.
Maud Brouwers
Marketplaces Specialist
How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been working at My Jewellery since September 2024.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
I am responsible for the operational tasks within the Marketplaces team. I focus on representing My Jewellery on various marketplaces. I ensure that our products are always up to date and displayed correctly, in line with the specific requirements and style of each marketplace. I also work on optimising our brand’s presentation on these platforms and am involved with the e-gift cards.
What is it like to work in the Sales team?
There’s a really positive and motivated atmosphere in the team. That makes for a very pleasant working environment. Together with the team, we ensure great results every day, in both the small and the big things!
What are you proud of in your work or team?
My Jewellery is growing rapidly on the Marketplaces. We are expanding into more countries with Zalando, which means our brand awareness is constantly increasing abroad. Every step towards growth is a great moment to celebrate. How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
Diandra: I’ve been working here since September 2024
Monica: Since October 2024
Sabina: I’ve been working at My Jewellery since July 2022.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
We are responsible for the entire B2B order-to-cash flow. This means we ensure a smooth process from the moment an order is placed right through to delivery to the customer. We therefore have a lot of contact with the Account Managers and are the first point of contact for customers. We work in a results-oriented way and are always looking for ways to improve our work processes.
What makes your job so fun?
The great atmosphere in the department. We’ve become a close-knit team in a short space of time. Everyone works hard towards our shared goals, but we certainly make sure there’s plenty of laughter too!
What is it like to work in the Sales team?
We are a close-knit, young and friendly team. We all share the same goal and help each other to achieve it. Every day we learn something new, which gives us a lot of energy as a team. Over the past few years, we have become a complete and stable Back Office team. This has enabled us to distribute the workload within the department more effectively. Every improvement we make is a moment to celebrate!

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
Elise: I’ve been working at My Jewellery since August 2018.
Sanne: I’ve been working here since June 2016.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
We are responsible for styling all B2B Boutiques and shop-in-shops with a commercial focus. We have a tight schedule for this. We also track and analyse sales from the Boutiques and place new orders to ensure there is always sufficient stock. We also make sure they always have our bestsellers and new collections in stock.
What is it like to work in the Sales team?
It’s great fun! There are plenty of challenges and everyone is motivated to achieve the best results! We have a friendly, large and supportive team and are always up for a chat.
What steps have you taken since you started working here?
Elise: I started as Assistant Store Manager in Haarlem and then progressed to Store Manager. Now I’m a Visual Merchandiser for all B2Bs.
Sanne: I started in the warehouse as an Order Picker for one day a week. I soon became a Wholesale Coordinator and started working more and more hours in the office. When the warehouse moved to a new premises, it was no longer feasible for me to continue there, so I started working full-time in the office as a Back Office Assistant. From 2023, I will be taking on the role of Visual Merchandiser.

I’ve been part of this cheerful team since March 2017.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
I’m responsible for the strategic development and growth of the B2B market in Belgium and Luxembourg. I identify new business opportunities, maintain relationships with partners and coordinate the team.
What is it like to work in the Sales team?
It’s a great team that has grown significantly in recent years. Everyone is very enterprising and independent, yet we work and communicate together as one team and give it our all. In recent years, we have not only grown in terms of the number of customers we’ve reached, but have also developed into a top-class team. Every new partnership, every milestone and every step forward is a celebration of what we’ve achieved together.
What steps have you taken since you started working here?
In 2017, I started as Account Manager for Belgium, travelling around to introduce and sell My Jewellery to shops in Belgium. For the first four years, I did this on my own, but then Wouke and Sue-Yin joined the team. As the team and our activities grew, I progressed to the role of Sales Coordinator.

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been working here since April 2022.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
As an Account Manager, I’m looking for new B2B partners in Wallonia and Luxembourg. My role is to increase the number of clients in these regions. I aim to maintain steady growth with my clients and build a good, pleasant and stable relationship. As a Visual Merchandising Account Manager, I oversee the visual merchandising in the ZEB and Point Carré stores to boost sales.
What is it like to work in the Sales team?
I feel confident in this team. You can speak your mind and share ideas without being judged. You also really learn from one another, because our team consists of people from different cultures. That is very enriching. Within the team, I can challenge myself because there are always new opportunities. I achieve different goals every day and am very grateful that I can be myself in my work, because being yourself is your strength.
What steps have you taken since you started working here?
I’ve already gained lots of new clients across Wallonia, a part of Belgium that wasn’t previously on my client list. I’m really happy about that!

Since September 2021, and I’m absolutely delighted about it.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
I’m responsible for Visual Merchandising in Belgium and am working to take it to the next level. I’m often on the road showing the collections to major clients such as ZEB, The Fashion Store, Inno and Point Carré.
What is it like to work in the Sales team?
We’re surrounded by lovely people who are keen to get to know you, offer their support and are always up for a laugh. That makes for the most enjoyable staff outings. We really value planning fun activities as a team outside of working hours. It creates a great atmosphere and means we’re more than just colleagues.

What do you do at My Jewellery?
As Wouke’s right-hand woman, I work with her to develop a step-by-step plan to present My Jewellery in the best possible light to our customers.
What is it like to work in the Sales team?
Everyone is very helpful, which makes it easy and enjoyable to work with a diverse group of people.
What steps have you taken since you started working here?
In December 2022, I started as an intern in the Sales team. After that, I worked for six months in the Boutique in Antwerp as Assistant Store Manager. Now I’m back in the fun and friendly Sales team!

I’ve been working here since November 2024.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
I am responsible for our B2B partners in Northern Germany. My tasks include sales, customer relationship management, styling at points of sale, organising events and much more. I love interacting with customers and the products I get to showcase. Every day is different and therefore exciting. When we’re out and about together as a team, we have a lot of fun.
What makes your job so fun?
I think it’s fantastic that I’ve found a job I can identify with 100% and that reflects my personal interests. You should always listen to your heart and do what you love. That’s why I’m already looking forward to achieving the next goals together with my team.
What is it like to work in the Sales team?
There’s a great team spirit, because my colleagues are all very open and friendly. At the same time, you can work very independently and tackle tasks in your own way.

I’ve been working here since September 2025.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
I support our B2B customers across Southern Germany, North Rhine-Westphalia, and Austria throughout the full wholesale process. From selecting the right pieces together to making sure orders and deliveries run smoothly, I’m the main contact for all wholesale topics. I also focus on growing our presence in the region through trade fairs, events, and new customer connections.
What makes your job so fun?
I work with so many different personalities every day, both within the team and with customers. That keeps my work dynamic and exciting. I also love meeting clients in person during order appointments. The positive energy and support within the team truly make the difference.
What is it like to work in the Sales team?
We work on the same level and really appreciate each other’s work. Because we are a young and close team, there is a lot of room to learn from each other and grow together through open conversations.
What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean to you?
To me, it means moving My Jewellery forward together, supporting each other, and making sure no one gets left behind.
