Colleagues can make use of internal and external coaching through My Coach. Our HR Advisors and confidential counsellors are also always available for support or a confidential conversation.

We also encourage a healthy and positive work environment with group workouts led by a personal trainer, fresh fruit at all of our locations and a daily lunch in our Bistro at Headquarters.
