This is what you will do

As a Senior Logistics Employee at My Warehouse, you’re always on the move. You’ll work with an enthusiastic team in our modern 10,000 m² warehouse and ensure that thousands of packages are shipped out on time and with care. You’ll work in a two-shift rotation, take on a variety of tasks, and be involved in all processes: from order picking to processing returns.

As a senior, you’ll also be the first point of contact for the team. You’ll take on a coordinating role within the team and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. You’ll actively participate, guide colleagues when needed, and maintain an overview of the department. Thanks to your experience and dedication, everything runs like it should and you truly make a difference. Together, we’re building a logistics process that’s smarter, faster, and more enjoyable.

Your tasks

  • You’re the first point of contact for colleagues and assist the team with questions or bottlenecks in the process;

  • You oversee daily operations and ensure the department’s work flows smoothly;

  • You’ll work across various departments in the warehouse, from inbound and outbound to returns;

  • You’ll step in where needed and work flexibly in two shifts (6:00 AM–3:00 PM & 3:00 PM–12:00 AM);

  • You carefully check return shipments and ensure everything is neatly put back in its place;

  • You actively contribute ideas and help foster a positive work atmosphere full of team spirit.

What you bring

  • You have 5+ years of experience in a logistics environment with departments such as inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory management;

  • You are available Monday to Friday in two shifts (6:00 AM–3:00 PM & 3:00 PM–12:00 AM);

  • It is a plus if you have an EPT, OPT, reach truck or forklift certificate;

  • You live in (or near) Den Bosch;

  • You adapt quickly, maintain an overview, and think proactively;

  • You are flexible and enjoy working in various departments within the warehouse.
