As an Application Support Specialist, you play a key role in keeping our warehouse systems running smoothly. You are the first point of contact for operational system-related questions, support colleagues on the warehouse floor, and ensure that system issues are resolved quickly and effectively. You work closely with the Application Manager, external vendors, and the warehouse operations team to keep our logistics processes running efficiently.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
Monitor the continuity of our logistics systems, including Reflex WMS and Geek+ AMRs, resolving issues independently or involving the right stakeholders when needed.
Register, prioritize, and follow up on support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
Support end users with scanners, PDAs, workstations, and other warehouse hardware.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions.
Ensure a smooth handover between shifts to maintain operational continuity.
Keep documentation, work instructions, and standard solutions accurate and up to date.
Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements to make our systems and processes smarter and more efficient.

What you bring

What you bring
An interest in logistics processes and IT systems.
Experience with a WMS or other logistics systems is an advantage, but not required.
Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a structured way of working.
Good communication skills in English.
Confidence to make decisions within your area of responsibility.
Willingness to work in a rotating two-shift schedule.
