This is what you will do

As Store Manager at our Boutique on Leidsestraat in Amsterdam, you will lead the team, translate commercial objectives into practical actions on the shop floor, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. As the person with overall responsibility for the shop, you will provide day-to-day leadership, coach your colleagues, and ensure the Boutique looks impeccable. You’ll also be the point of contact for Head Office and play an active role in the brand’s growth in your region.

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for overall store management: the team, sales, the shop’s appearance and achieving targets;

  • You manage and coach the team on the shop floor on a daily basis and conduct performance reviews and job interviews;

  • You monitor KPIs relating to sales, customer satisfaction and planning;

  • You are the main point of contact for colleagues at Head Office and the Retail Coordinator;

  • You identify opportunities in the market and respond to them with promotions and optimisations;

  • You ensure accurate staff planning and stock management.

What you bring

  • You have at least 2–3 years’ managerial experience as a Store Manager, Branch Manager or in a similar retail role;

  • You have completed a vocational qualification (MBO), preferably in fashion or business;

  • You are flexible and available to work evenings and weekends;

  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and know how to motivate people;

  • You live in or near Amsterdam.
