As a Machine Operator you'll be an essential part of keeping everything running smoothly. Are you skilled in technology, precise in your work, and always looking for ways to improve? Then you could be the Machine Operator we’re looking for!

A monthly salary between €2,550 and €2,650, depending on your experience, plus a 10% shift allowance

Each day brings something new , and your contribution is essential to keeping our logistics running smoothly.

What will be your tasks?

·     Operating & Monitoring; You will be responsible for keeping our packaging machines running smoothly. This includes

refilling boxes, verifying barcodes, and seamlessly switching between different box formats.

·     Troubleshooting; You will resolve minor technical issues on your own. When it comes to larger malfunctions,

you will quickly loop in your supervisor and make sure the technician is informed.

·     Maintenance & Cleaning; Regular maintenance and quality checks are part of your routine.

From removing glue residue to cleaning machine parts, you ensure everything stays in top condition.

·     Process Improvement; Do you see ways to make things faster, more efficient, or more effective?

What do you bring to the role?

·     You are at least 18 years old;

·     You reside in the Den Bosch area or nearby;

·     You have a minimum of one year’s experience in a logistics, production, or technical environment;

·     You are detail-oriented, proactive, and a reliable team player who supports colleagues when needed.
