Job description
My Warehouse is the logistical heart of My Jewellery, one of the fastest-growing e-commerce companies in the Netherlands. From our modern warehouse, we ensure that thousands of customers, both in the Netherlands and abroad, receive their orders on time every day.
We’re looking for an accurate and enthusiastic Stock Controller to join our team and help further optimise our logistics processes.
What will you be doing?
As Stock Controller, you’ll be responsible for carefully and efficiently managing the stock in the warehouse. If any discrepancies are noticed, you’ll take immediate action to correct them. This might involve cycle counts or adjusting stock numbers in the system (Reflex). It’s an operational role, so you’ll also carry out administrative tasks on the floor. Within the warehouse, you’ll work closely with fellow stock controllers, floor staff, the Logistics Team Leader, and the Inventory Controller. Together, you’ll ensure that the stock is always in good order.
We work in two shifts. The working hours are from 06:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 00:00. You’ll switch shifts every week.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Proactively and reactively check various locations for missing goods/stock discrepancies, with an eye for improvements.
Regularly carrying out stock counts (Cycle Counts).
Performing administrative tasks related to stock in the system (Reflex).
Contributing ideas for improvements in stock management and logistics processes.
Job requirements
We’d describe you as accurate and solution-focused with:
Minimum MBO (VET) level, preferably in a logistics field.
Some experience with stock management or a similar role in a warehouse environment.
You’re someone who enjoys being on the shop floor and rolling up your sleeves.
You’re flexible and don’t mind working in shifts and a dynamic environment.

Starting salary between €2,400 and €2,550 gross per month, depending on your experience.
A 10% shift allowance on top of this salary.
A meal allowance of €6.50 per day when working the evening shift.
25 days of annual leave based on 40 hours, with the option to purchase 4 extra days of holiday each year.
8% holiday pay, paid out in May.
Travel allowance of €0.23 per km.
