How to apply for a role at My Jewellery

Our application process is clear, quick and personal. Above all, we want to get to know you and find out if we’re the right match for each other. Here’s what you can expect.

Second interview (optional)

Sometimes there’s a second interview with team members. This gives you a better feel for the team and ensures the collaboration feels right for both sides.

“A good preparation, motivation and the right mindset are important. But most importantly: you are who you are. Be proud of that and show it. Energy and enthusiasm truly make the difference.”

“Be specific about your knowledge, experience and strengths so it’s clear what you bring to the table. But even more importantly: be yourself. Show how you learn from experiences, reflect on situations and continue to grow. That gives an honest and strong picture of your personal growth and who you are as a colleague.”

“When reviewing vacancies, focus on what gives you energy and what drains your energy. Don’t only look at what you’re good at, because even the things you do well can sometimes cost a lot of energy. Choose a role that energises you daily, so you’ll continue to feel fulfilled and enjoy your work in the long run!”

“Stay true to yourself, both in your application and during interviews. By being honest and authentic, it naturally becomes clear whether you and the organisation are a good match. And that always works both ways.”

“Be the best version of yourself! Of course it’s important to come across as confident during your interview, but never pretend to be someone you’re not. Be yourself and show us what you can bring to make My Jewellery even stronger.”
