We love celebrating success together. That’s why, every quarter, we challenge our Boutique teams with an incentive programme centred on key KPIs such as turnover, conversion, VPT and PPT. Not just to achieve results, but above all to motivate one another and grow a little stronger together every day.

A quarter full of energy

This quarter, one team really stood out: our Roosendaal Outlet team! With turnover figures 30% above target and strong performances across multiple KPIs, they’ve had an absolutely brilliant quarter.

 

Proud of our teams

This achievement perfectly illustrates what happens when teamwork, customer focus and perseverance come together. We are immensely proud of Roosendaal Outlet and of all our Boutique teams who continue to challenge themselves, support one another and contribute to our growth every day. Here’s to even more milestones, great results and successes that we can celebrate together!
