Machine Operator

Would you like to work with the latest technologies in a modern 10,000 m² warehouse and ensure everything runs smoothly? As a Machine Operator at My Jewellery, you are an essential technical hero in the logistics process, enabling us to process and ship our orders daily!

What will you be doing?

As a Machine Operator, you will make sure that our packaging machines run optimally, allowing thousands of orders to be shipped correctly every day. You will monitor, maintain, and optimise the packaging machines and independently solve minor malfunctions. One machine folds the shipping boxes, while another seals the boxes and applies a shipping label.

As a Machine Operator, your main tasks will be:

• Operating & Monitoring: You will ensure that two packaging machines work optimally. You’ll refill boxes, check barcodes, and switch between box types as needed.

• Troubleshooting: You’ll handle minor malfunctions yourself. For larger issues, you'll coordinate with your supervisor and report the problem so a technician can resolve it.

• Maintenance & Cleaning: You will keep the machines running smoothly by performing regular quality checks, maintenance, and cleaning tasks, such as removing glue residues and cleaning parts.

• Process Optimisation: Do you see points of improvement? Your input is valuable to prevent future issues and increase efficiency.

• At least 1 year’s experience in the logistics, production, or technical environment;

• Accuracy and proactivity: you’ll think along with your team;

• Minimum age of 18 years;

• Residing in the Den Bosch area.

• A salary between €2,400 and €2,600, depending on your experience, plus a 10% shift allowance;

• A meal allowance of €6.50 per day for the evening shift;
