An evening full of memories and connection

In an Italian-inspired setting, colleagues came together in ’s-Hertogenbosch for a cozy dinner filled with great conversations, shared memories and lots of laughter. Throughout the evening, there was plenty of time to look back on the growth of My Jewellery, memorable moments from past years and all the milestones experienced together.

The Legacy Club Bingo, filled with funny facts about colleagues, also brought lots of enthusiasm and recognition. Sharon opened the evening with a personal speech centered around appreciation and pride. And of course, everyone went home with a well-filled goodiebag.

Creativity and quality time

During the afternoon, the duos designed jewellery pieces and personalised accessories together. In between all the creative moments, there was plenty of time to laugh, catch up and simply enjoy each other’s company.
The Atelier was the perfect setting to take a moment to appreciate the mothers who are always there for us, while also putting our colleagues in the spotlight.

Working smarter with innovation

The robots support our warehouse team during the daily picking process and help workflows run more smoothly. That means less walking, faster processing and more focus on efficiency. This not only allows us to serve our customers even better, but also makes the work for our colleagues smarter and more future-proof.

The story behind The Botanical Chapter

This week, more than 850 colleagues came together during the Hero Meeting to celebrate the launch of The Botanical Chapter collection. Sharon took us through the creative process behind the collection: from the first inspiration and designs to the message we want to share through the collection.

By sharing these stories together, real connection is created. Because whether you work in a Boutique, in the warehouse or at Headquarters: together we all contribute to the same brand and experience.

Looking for our new team

During the recruitment days, they met many enthusiastic candidates who are excited and motivated to become part of My Jewellery. From conversations about fashion and customer experience to ambitions and personal growth: the energy was noticeable throughout the entire day.
What made these days extra special? Almost everyone already knew My Jewellery. It was amazing to see how much our brand is growing in Germany and how strongly it connects with young talent.

Building international growth together

With lots of enthusiasm, the first steps towards building a strong new team in Münster have officially been taken. A beautiful milestone in our international growth journey and a glimpse of everything still to come. Here’s to opening even more Boutiques, welcoming new colleagues and continuing to grow together.
