How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been working at My Jewellery since June 2018. While I was in school, I started working part-time at the boutique in Breda. After I graduated, I joined the Customer Care team at the Headquarters in ‘s-Hertogenbosch.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
No two days are the same. I focus on monitoring our service strategy, optimising processes, and managing the Team Lead. I also work on many projects in collaboration with other departments.
What makes your job so fun?
The dynamic nature and variety of my role. It involves a lot of adapting, improving, and collaborating. And, of course, our friendly, pleasant, and independent team. That makes every day enjoyable.
How would you describe the atmosphere within the Customer Care team?
We value hard work as well as room for attention and personal growth, with fun team moments to celebrate together.
What steps have you taken since you started working here?
Within My Jewellery, I’ve progressed from Boutique employee to Customer Care Associate, Senior, Team Lead, Business Analyst, Product Owner, and now Supervisor Customer Care. I’ve learned a tremendous amount here and been given many opportunities. This perfectly illustrates the career growth opportunities available here.
What are you proud of in your work or team?
I’m especially proud of the huge strides we’ve made in automation and the use of AI. That’s made us work much more efficiently. The collaboration with our external customer service partner also feels very close-knit. They’re truly part of our team.

Since September 2021.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
I lead the team and ensure we deliver the best possible customer experience every day. I coach the team, improve processes, and focus on customer satisfaction and KPIs. I’m also constantly looking for ways to make our service even more personalized and better.
What makes your job so fun?
For me, it’s mainly about the team. It’s a great group of people you can rely on, which makes me look forward to coming to work every day even more. The openness and commitment really make a difference.
How would you describe the atmosphere within the Customer Care team?
It’s a close-knit and warm team. We work hard, but there’s definitely room for fun and being yourself.
What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean to you?
It means that you’re not just focused on your own development, but that we get better together. By learning from each other, we keep growing.
What are you proud of in your work or team?
I’m especially proud of the growth we’re experiencing as a team. We’re making great strides in customer experience, and everyone takes responsibility and helps each other.

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been working at My Jewellery since September 2023.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
I analyze processes that could be made smarter or more efficient, and I also implement those automations. This includes improving the customer service chatbot, automating customer service processes, and generating product descriptions.
What makes your job so fun?
The people around me and the freedom to come up with my own ideas. I’m given the space to experiment and implement improvements. I enjoy seeing that the projects I deliver are actually used and add value.
How would you describe the atmosphere within the Customer Care team?
There’s a really great atmosphere. Fun events are often organized, such as Sinterklaas, the staff party, or team outings.
What steps have you taken since you started working here?
I started as a Chatbot Specialist and advanced to AI Innovation & Implementation Specialist in September 2025. This was made possible by the trust and freedom I was given to continue developing myself.

I’ve been working at My Jewellery since December 2023.
What do you do at My Jewellery?
I’m responsible for everything related to our social media channels. I also help customers with their questions and handle behind-the-scenes tasks. We always work according to a schedule, so my days are structured but still nice and varied.
What makes your job so fun?
I really appreciate the freedom to develop myself. Here, you’re given the space to grow independently. And I work in an incredibly fun team where there’s always good support when you need it.
What is it like to work in the Customer Care team?
Friendly and trusting. We can rely on each other, and that makes working here extra enjoyable. I’m proud of the growth and developments within our team. You can really see that we’re making progress together and getting better all the time.
What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean to you?
To me, it means that we continue to work together to figure out how we can make My Jewellery even bigger and better.


Charissa Paymans

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
Since May 2024.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
As a medior employee, I spend a lot of time on support tasks such as special returns and B2B complaints. I also help customers via social media and assist colleagues with their questions. In addition, I’m the point of contact for content. If we spot errors on the website, I report them so they can be fixed quickly.
What makes your job so fun?
I get a lot of energy from my colleagues. We work hard and feel a real sense of satisfaction when the inbox empties or when all support tasks are completed in a single day.
What is it like to work in the Customer Care team?
Our team has gotten smaller, which has brought us closer together. It’s a friendly atmosphere, but we also know how to roll up our sleeves and get things done—especially during busy times like Golden Weekend. Then we work together to make sure everything runs smoothly and that customers are helped quickly.
What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean to you?
I’m proud of my transition from junior to medior. Here, you’re given the space to develop yourself, which keeps the work challenging and fun.

I’ve been working at My Jewellery since November 2025.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
I always start my day by greeting the team and setting up my systems so I’m well prepared. Then I go over the most important information and ease into the day with a cup of hot tea. Throughout the day, I focus entirely on our customers. They are my top priority, and I strive to help and satisfy every customer as best as I can. After a lunch break, I get back to work with renewed energy. At the end of the day, I look back on my work with a sense of satisfaction.
What makes your job so fun?
It makes me feel good when I can satisfy customers with my service. Plus, the pleasant work atmosphere with the My Jewellery team gives me a lot of energy!
What is it like to work in the Customer Care team?
There’s a friendly atmosphere! With us, you’re always laughing and feel motivated to have a great workweek.
What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean to you?
To me, this means we learn from each other. We learn from each other’s experiences, but also from our mistakes. That way, we continue to develop every day and become a stronger team together, both for our customers and for the company.
What are you proud of in your work or team?
I’m proud of how I’m growing within My Jewellery. Every day I get better and learn to help our customers even more effectively. I’m also proud of the teamwork: we motivate each other and strive together to perform better every day than the day before.
