How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been working at My Jewellery since April 2025. What stood out to me from the start were the great colleagues and the entrepreneurial mindset. Everyone is driven to move forward and isn’t afraid to take the initiative.

What do you do at My Jewellery?
I manage a multidisciplinary team and ensure they can do their work, achieve the best results together, and, of course, continue to enjoy what they do. I’m also part of project groups and explore new tools that contribute to an even better experience for our customers.

What makes your job so fun?
The combination of team development, optimisation, and innovation. The variety keeps things dynamic and ensures it never gets boring. I’m building both my team and an ever-improving customer journey. I’m proud of the transition my team has undergone over the past year. We’ve put our customers first by thinking from their perspective in everything we do and actively involving them.

How would you describe the atmosphere within the Online Customer Experience team?
Great! We’re an ambitious and eager-to-learn team, but we also think it’s important to be able to laugh together and do fun things together outside of work.

What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean to you?
In my team, we work across different disciplines toward the same goal: optimising the online customer experience. We discuss ideas, learn from one another, and together achieve the best possible results!

Roel van Hinthum

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been working at My Jewellery since February 2025. I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to many projects, especially those where I could learn new things and make a real impact.

What do you do at My Jewellery?
I work at the technical intersection of marketing. This includes maintaining and optimising our CDP, managing tag managers and tracking, and ensuring that all data is properly integrated into our marketing channels.

What makes your job so fun?
The combination of technology and collaboration. I work with many different departments and sit right in the middle of it all. I also enjoy coming up with smart solutions for things that didn’t seem possible at first but ultimately worked out.

How would you describe the atmosphere within the Online Customer Experience team?
Friendly and close-knit. We also do things outside of work and celebrate everything: from A/B tests going live to new web designs and tracking components.

What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean to you?
For me, it’s about connecting departments. Because I’m involved in a little bit of everything, I see a lot. I try to connect people and share information so that we can grow faster and smarter together.

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
Since April 1, 2021.

What does a typical workday look like for you?
Every day, I dive into the data to see how we can better assist our visitors during their purchasing process and to review the results of our A/B tests. I also collaborate closely with other departments to determine how we can best align with our marketing campaigns. I spend a significant portion of my time in our tool, where all customer data is collected, and we develop and test website updates.

What makes your job so fun?
That you can come up with cool new ideas for our customers together with colleagues and use them to take existing ideas to the next level. Every year we accomplish great things, such as setting up strategic experiments to determine which payment methods are best suited for us and our customers.

What is it like to work in the Online Customer Experience team?
We have a great team with all the skills needed to develop exciting new features for the website. We also enjoy chatting and cracking jokes regularly.

What does ‘Let’s grow together’ mean to you?
I started as a Senior CRO Specialist. As our team continued to grow, there was a need for a CRO Team Lead, a role I filled for over two years. It turned out my passion really lies in data analysis, so I’ve returned to my role as a CRO Specialist.

What do you do at My Jewellery?
My responsibilities vary widely, but they all contribute to one overarching goal: improving the website to deliver an optimal online customer experience. To achieve this, I turn test ideas into concrete A/B tests, backed by insights from quantitative and qualitative data. Of course, the idea must offer a solution to a problem the customer encounters while shopping. By analyzing online customer behavior, I identify these issues. To set up an A/B test, I collaborate with the UX Designers to translate the idea into a visual design. I work closely with our Front-end Developers to ensure the data I need is collected properly, allowing me to analyze the results.

What makes your job so fun?
Working with fantastic colleagues to bring cool ideas to life that make the online customer experience a little better every time!

How would you describe the atmosphere within the Online Customer Experience team?
Super fun! Every day, I work with enthusiastic, curious people who see every opportunity as a chance to grow and learn. By combining our expertise, we not only learn more about our customers but also from each other.

What do you do at My Jewellery?
I create designs for new website features. We can then test these designs in an A/B test to see if the new design actually works. In addition to creating designs, I also analyze customer behavior on the website. We use these analyses to identify areas for improvement. That’s how we make the website a little better every day!

What makes your job so fun?
Working with colleagues on inspiring projects, bringing creative ideas to life, and seeing that our efforts really make an impact. It’s energizing to see results, celebrate successes, and grow together. A great atmosphere, good teamwork, and little moments of fun make it all complete!

What is it like to work in the Online Customer Experience team?
We’re a fun and diverse team with a wide range of expertise. This allows us to brainstorm together and learn from one another.

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
I’ve been working at My Jewellery since August 2022.

What does a typical workday look like for you?
My days are never the same. One day I’m working on designing tweaks or new features for A/B testing. The next day I’m fully immersed in a single specific page, working on a redesign. I also analyze customer behavior, optimise our processes, and brainstorm with colleagues from different teams. In every analysis, I keep the customer in mind, and in every design, I think about how it best meets their needs.

What makes your job so fun?
My colleagues! The atmosphere in the office is always friendly and positive, and everyone is open to collaborating. It feels like you’re working with friends every day. That’s what makes it special!

What is it like to work in the Online Customer Experience team?
Our team is truly great! It’s a diverse team where everyone has their own expertise. Because of this, you learn something new every day, and together we come up with great solutions to make the site just a little bit better.

How long have you been working at My Jewellery?
Since October 25, 2021.

What does a typical workday look like for you?
Every day is all about the customer, and I work hard to create the best shopping experience for each one. My job is to monitor the customer experience daily, map customer journeys, identify areas for improvement, and set up projects to implement those improvements. By setting up and executing fun projects, I can make a difference for customers in new ways every day and contribute to improving the customer experience.

What makes your job so fun?
All the positive feedback and gratitude from customers, and all my great colleagues!

What is it like to work in the Online Customer Experience team?
It’s a party! The team is made up of lots of fun and friendly colleagues where everyone can be themselves and is there for one another.

What steps have you taken since you started working here?
I started in 2021 as a Junior Customer Care Representative. After a year, I advanced to Medior Representative and, not long after, to Senior Representative. In 2023, I made the move to Coach. In June 2024, I started in my current role: Customer Experience Specialist.
