Every colleague at My Jewellery has a unique story. About seizing opportunities, taking new steps and growing a little every day. Behind every sparkling result is a team full of power, where every contribution matters. Julia shares her story and shows how she makes a difference.

Leading our first Boutique in Paris

“My journey at My Jewellery started in 2024, and today I’m the Store Manager of our very first French Boutique in Le Marais, Paris. No two days are exactly the same, and that’s one of the things I enjoy most about my role.”

“I usually start the day by checking the Boutique’s priorities, reviewing our sales targets and planning the day with the team. Throughout the day, I support my colleagues, make sure the Boutique looks its best, keep an eye on stock and help customers whenever needed. That variety keeps my work fun and helps me learn something new every day.”

Building trust within the team

“What makes my job so enjoyable is the combination of people, energy and development. I really love working with my team. Coaching and supporting colleagues, and seeing them grow in confidence and skills, is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.”

“I’m proud of the strong and motivated team we’ve built. When people feel supported and confident, they can bring out the best in themselves. You see that in the experience we create for every customer, but also in the results we achieve together. Whether we reach our sales targets, improve store performance or receive positive feedback from customers: those successes always feel like a true team effort.”

A first for France

“Growth is not only about better business results. It’s also about developing as a team and as individuals. When the team grows in confidence, skills and motivation, the Boutique performs better and everyone benefits.”

“One of the biggest steps I’ve taken since joining My Jewellery has been growing into my leadership role. I’ve learned how to coach and motivate different personalities, give constructive feedback and create an environment where everyone feels supported to do their best. I’ve also developed my commercial awareness by analysing store performance, setting priorities and finding ways to improve results.”

“What makes me especially proud is becoming the first Store Manager in France. That feels incredibly special, because it shows how much trust My Jewellery has placed in me and how many steps I’ve taken since I started. It motivates me to keep learning, improving and helping my team grow too.”

Celebrating more than results

“I feel at home at My Jewellery because I truly feel heard and valued. Knowing that my ideas and opinions matter gives me confidence and makes me feel appreciated. That motivates me to give the best of myself every day.”

“The bond with my team also makes a big difference. We’ve created a positive and supportive atmosphere where we can rely on each other and communicate openly. There is a lot of teamwork and encouragement, and we keep motivating each other to become better. We don’t only celebrate professional successes, like reaching sales targets. We also celebrate our differences and the small moments in each other’s personal lives. A birthday, a personal milestone or simply sharing good news: we genuinely celebrate each other. That balance between supporting each other professionally and caring for each other personally is what makes our team so strong.”

“Becoming the first Store Manager in France shows how much trust My Jewellery has placed in me. It’s so special to see my team gain confidence, take new steps and celebrate each other’s successes.”
