Retail Stores Coördinator (38 hours)

You are the essential link between our in-store teams and the ultimate customer experience in our boutiques. With your people skills, eye for quality and passion for retail, you help build strong teams and satisfied customers — every single day.
 

What you'll be doing

As an Operational Retail Coordinator, you are the go-to person for our Area Managers and the driving force behind a consistent and high-quality boutique experience across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. And with many more countries to follow, your impact will only grow!

You’ll work from our HQ in ’s-Hertogenbosch on Mondays and spend the rest of the week visiting our boutiques across Europe. No two days are the same — and that’s exactly what energises you. Together with the wider retail team, you help build a future-proof retail organisation where customer focus and team development go hand in hand.

Your key responsibilities

• Coaching, guiding and developing our Area Managers

• Ensuring excellent and consistent quality in boutique financial performance, team performance, operations, customer experience and visual execution

• Achieving KPI targets and driving results in sales, stock and team performance

• Partnering with Recruitment to hire Area Managers and support the hiring of Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers

• Supporting new boutique openings and onboarding processes

• Collaborating with Retail and Commerce to identify opportunities and improve performance

• Ensuring consistent brand execution and customer experience across all boutiques, in close collaboration with Visual Merchandising and Area Managers, using insights from reviews and mystery shopping to drive continuous improvement.

• Partnering closely with HR and Learning & Development to support the growth, performance and development of store teams and leadership, with a strong focus on talent development and engagement.

• Working closely with the Head of Retail to align on strategy, priorities and performance, ensuring clear communication and coordinated execution across the retail organization.

• Collaborating with operational retail stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and effective coordination with both internal and external partners.
