2025: A YEAR OF GROWTH AND MILESTONES December 19, 2025
What a year! In 2025, we’ve grown massively as a company. We opened 14 new Boutiques across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, and two months ago we officially reached 1,000 team members!
Together with all our colleagues in the Boutiques, at My Warehouse and HQ, we created new opportunities and celebrated countless moments of success, big and small.
2025 was a year full of power and energy, and we are proud of that. Cheers to us, and to even more magic in 2026!
TEAMWORK AND CELEBRATIONS DURING GOLDEN WEEKEND December 1, 2025
Last Friday was Black Friday: one of the busiest and most exciting moments of the year at My Jewellery. Everyone in My Warehouse, at our Headquarters and in all our Boutiques gave it their all.
In My Warehouse, a DJ and food truck brought energy boosts during the shifts, and throughout Golden Weekend there were plenty of snacks and surprises for our hardworking colleagues. Extra special: many colleagues from the Headquarters laced up their safety shoes and joined in to help out.
At the Headquarters, we kicked things off with a Black Friday breakfast and ended the day with a fun after-work drink. And in the Boutiques there were also some celebrations: golden decorations and tasty treats for colleagues and customers completed the vibe.
This is what going all in together looks like. And this is how we celebrate success as one team!

CHRISTMAS PARTY FULL OF SPARKLES, FUN AND 400+ COLLEAGUES November 26, 2025
Last Friday we already celebrated Christmas with colleagues from the Headquarters, My Warehouse and our Boutiques across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.
At Theater aan de Parade in 's-Hertogenbosch, over 400 colleagues came together for an evening full of fun. The perfect moment to catch up, raise a glass together and recharge before the peak season begins.
Looking ahead, working hard, and enjoying together: just the way we like to do it it at My Jewellery.
SINTERKLAAS VISITS MY JEWELLERY HQ November 21, 2025
Last Thursday we welcomed Sinterklaas and four cheerful “pietjes” to our headquarters. Our colleagues with young children enjoyed an afternoon full of presents, Dutch treats and festive fun. The happy faces and cozy atmosphere made it a true celebration!
RE-CELEBRATE SWAP EVENT: BUILDING A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE TOGETHER
Why buy something new when you can shine in something with a story? At our Headquarters, the CSR team hosted the Re-Celebrate Swap Event, where colleagues exchanged pre-loved items for fresh new finds from each other’s wardrobes.
This kind of initiative fits perfectly with how we see sustainability. Every conscious choice, big or small, brings us one step closer to a better world.

STUDENTS DISCOVER MY WAREHOUSE
We recently opened the doors of My Warehouse to first-year Transport & Logistics students from Koning Willem I College. Our colleagues shared the story behind My Jewellery, hosted an interactive workshop and wrapped up the morning with a fun quiz.
It was a morning full of energy and curious questions. A great moment to share our passion and inspire new talent. Definitely worth repeating!
TEAM ACTIVITIES FULL OF ENERGY AND CONNECTIONS
At My Jewellery, it's not just about working hard. It's about fun, happiness and real connections. That's why our teams plan a yearly activity to do something together. From boat trips and padel matches to GPS fatbike tours or climbing through treetops: they can do anything, as long as it gives them energy.
These moments spark new ideas, fresh energy and memories they'll be talking and laughing about for a long time. Because when you truly get to know each other, you grow stronger and faster together!

Yesterday’s General Meeting brought everyone together again. Sharon shared exciting updates, big wins and what’s ahead for My Jewellery. Inspiring to hear how we keep growing and what we're working on together.
Afterwards, it was time to celebrate those successes. With HQ and My Warehouse colleagues gathered in 's-Hertogenbosch, we toasted to our teamwork with snacks, drinks and sunny vibes. Because growing together also means taking time to reflect on everything we’ve already achieved and celebrating it.

At My Jewellery, we believe that growth goes hand in hand with smart innovations. Innovation and automation is part of who we are. That’s why we recently launched the brand-new Geek+ robot system in My Warehouse.
Sharon, our founder, came by to see the robots in action. These smart helpers make processing orders faster and more efficient, while reducing the physical strain on our team. Less walking, more picking, smoother workflows. Together, we’re not just growing, we’re evolving!

14,000+ shoppers, 132,500+ items sold, and one massive behind-the-scenes operation. Our Sample Sale at the Brabanthallen was another big success, all thanks to the incredible efforts of our team.
From building and breaking down the event space to restocking products and helping customers: nearly everyone pitched in throughout the week. It’s the perfect example of what we believe in at My Jewellery: we make the difference together!

CELEBRATING MOTHER'S DAY IN THE MY JEWELLERY ATELIER May 8, 2025
At My Jewellery, we like to put our colleagues in the spotlight. That's why, especially for Mother’s Day, we invited 12 colleagues and their mothers to the My Jewellery Atelier in Breda for a creative afternoon full of quality time.
From jewellery making to personalising accessories, it was a relaxed and meaningful moment to enjoy together.
A little thank-you to mothers who are always there for us, and a well-deserved moment of relaxation for our colleagues. We believe it is important to care for each other and invest in our colleagues. Together, we celebrate the beautiful moments in life, big and small.
LEGACY CLUB DINNER May 2, 2025
The very first edition of the Legacy Club Dinner brought together all colleagues who’ve been with My Jewellery for 5 years or more.
Over a cozy Italian dinner in 's-Hertogenbosch, we shared stories, laughs, and a round of Legacy Club Bingo with fun facts about each other. Sharon kicked off the evening with a heartfelt message. And of course, everyone went home with a goodie bag.

TALENT SEARCH IN MÜNSTER April 24, 2025
My Jewellery's growth doesn't stop at the border, and neither does our search for talent!
Our colleagues, Lenneke and Alicia, traveled to Münster for two interview days to speak to as many candidates as possible for our new Boutique in this vibrant student city. And with success: they talked to many enthusiastic candidates, full of motivation to get started. What made us extra proud? Almost everyone already knew My Jewellery. It was special to hear that our brand is already thriving in Germany!
With lots of energy, we took the first steps towards building a top team in Münster. On to even more interview days, opening Boutiques in new cities, and new colleagues who want to grow together!
TEAMWORK DURING THE VIKING RUN April 14, 2025
On April 13, our colleagues found their inner Viking! Full of enthusiasm, they braved the obstacle course. Climbing, crawling, running, and laughing through water and mud. Colleagues from the HQ and My Warehouse stood side by side. Because even though we work at different locations, the communication lines are short. We always know where to find each other: at work and in the mud.
At My Jewellery, we believe that you get further by trusting each other, helping each other, and having fun. We grow with and thanks to each other, and celebrate the successes we achieve together. And sometimes that means through the mud, but always as a team.
FIT & FULL OF ENERGY WITH MY HEALTH CHECK April 4, 2025
March at My Jewellery was all about health and well-being. Because growing as a professional starts with taking good care of yourself, both mentally and physically. That's why we offered our colleagues the opportunity to participate in My Health Check: a valuable, accessible check that provided quick insight into their health. Afterwards, they received personal tips and advice.
Trust and autonomy are central to our company. Participation was voluntary, but metabolic ages were the topic of conversation at the coffee machine!

MY INTRO INTERNS February 25, 2025
February was all about giving our new interns a warm welcome! During an inspiring My Intro session at the My Jewellery Atelier, they got to know our company, our culture, and, of course, each other. As the icing on the cake, they took part in a creative jewelry-making session, entirely in My Jewellery style!
We look forward to growing together and wish our interns an educational and, above all, enjoyable time at My Jewellery!
OPEN DAY MY WAREHOUSE February 17, 2025
On February 15, we proudly opened the doors of My Warehouse for an exclusive open day for family and friends. It was a unique opportunity to take a look behind the scenes at My Jewellery, inspire potential new colleagues, and give our own colleagues the chance to proudly show where they work with such passion every day.
Our guests were taken on a journey through the story of My Jewellery with presentations by colleagues and were given an exclusive tour of the warehouse to experience for themselves what it's like on a daily basis.
BLUE MONDAY January 20, 2025
At My Jewellery, we don't give Blue Monday a chance! We may have started this “gray” Monday a little awkwardly with a laughter workshop, but soon the stress and gloom of Blue Monday disappeared. Later in the day, we got an extra vitamin boost, which gave us even more energy!
With vitamin boosts and a positive vibe, we are ready to beat Blue Monday (and the rest of the week) with a smile!
TEAM EVENINGS January 14, 2025
Team evenings are regularly organized in our Boutiques, entirely on our own initiative. Each evening has a unique theme, because the Boutiques themselves can decide what they want to focus on. For example, one Boutique organized a speed date to learn how to adjust watches and fold stacks even faster, while another Boutique zoomed in on different shopping areas and roles to better understand each other and work together more effectively.
At other locations, colleagues shared their ideas in inspiring pitches to increase sales. And at yet another Boutique, the customer experience took center stage.
NEW YEAR'S BREAKFAST January 2, 2025
To kick off the new year, we organized a cozy New Year's breakfast in the warehouse. It was the perfect opportunity to get together, catch up, and toast to a successful year ahead. With a table full of delicious sandwiches, fresh juices, and good coffee, we started the year cheerfully and full of energy.
This way, we not only start with a fresh perspective, but above all together! Because teamwork remains our greatest strength. Here's to a wonderful new year!

While our customers were enjoying the best deals, our team was going full speed behind the scenes! In My Warehouse, things ran at top gear to get every order out the door. In our Boutiques, teams worked hard to meet the huge demand.
And because we know just how intense these days can be, we made sure to keep things festive too. In My Warehouse, a food truck served fresh fries while DJs kept the energy high. At HQ, the day kicked off with a delicious breakfast. In our Boutiques, both teams and customers enjoyed tasty treats and a golden vibe.
BOOTCAMPTRAINING November 26, 2024
Twice a week, My Jewellery organizes bootcamp training sessions for our colleagues. It’s the perfect chance to get moving together with guidance from a personal trainer. Outside in the summer and indoors in winter.
Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started, everyone’s welcome! It’s not just a fun way to stay fit, it’s also a whole new kind of team building. We believe physical and mental health go hand in hand. So together, we’re working on a workplace full of energy and balance!
INTERNATIONAL MEN'S DAY November 19, 2024
Today we’re celebrating the amazing men who are part of our team! Did you know that only 15% of our HQ staff are men? We’re well aware that they’re in the minority here, which is why today they’re getting a little extra appreciation. We’re incredibly proud of everything they contribute to My Jewellery’s success!

"For me, it’s an amazing opportunity. If you have a comfy spot with good Wi-Fi and of course a bit of sunshine, I’d totally recommend it. A change of scenery can spark more creativity, productivity and even relaxation. It definitely works for me! P.S. A pan of paella and a glass of sangria on the weekend doesn’t hurt either!"

NEW WAREHOUSE August 9, 2024
On the De Rietvelden business park in 's-Hertogenbosch, a brand-new warehouse and office is being developed by Intervest Offices & Warehouses. It’s a BREEAM Excellent project, meaning sustainability is a top priority. BREEAM is a certification for creating buildings with minimal environmental impact.
