Step 1 - Apply
You can easily apply via our website for any vacancy that sparks your interest.

Step 2 - Introduction on the phone
Within 3 to 5 days, one of our recruiters will get in touch. If we see a potential match, we’ll schedule a short call to get to know you and see if there’s a click.

Step 3 - First interview
If the call goes well, you’ll meet with the recruiter and/or team lead for an interview. Together, we’ll dive into your skills, ambitions, and whether you’re a good fit for the role and for My Jewellery.

Step 4 - Second interview (optional)
Sometimes we plan a second meeting with team members, so both you and we can be sure the collaboration feels right.

Step 5 - Offer
If we’re both excited, you’ll receive a great offer from us!
