Are you a Logistics Assistant ready for the next step in your career? This is your chance! At My Jewellery we are currently looking for a Logistics Employee for Stock Management.

What will you be doing?
As a Logistics Employee in Stock Management, you’ll have a dual role: you’ll be responsible for the daily operational logistics tasks on the floor, as well as overseeing the management of our stock. You’ll be the link between a smooth-running warehouse and accurate stock levels.

In this role, you’ll combine the duties of an all-round logistics assistant with specific responsibilities related to stock management. 

Daily logistics tasks:

  • Picking orders and preparing them for dispatch

  • Processing returns

  • At My Jewellery we work as a team, so you’ll be assigned to different areas of the warehouse.

Stock management tasks:

  • Carrying out Cycle Counts (stock takes) to spot stock discrepancies early on.

  • Analysing and solving stock discrepancies in collaboration with colleagues.

  • Initiating improvements in stock processes.

We work in two shifts. The working hours are from 06:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 00:00. You’ll alternate shifts every week.


Job requirements

We’re looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile and thrives in a varied role. Additionally, you should have:

  • Problem-solving skills: you can quickly adapt to stock discrepancies and find suitable solutions.

  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail to prevent stock errors.

  • Strong communication skills and a focus on teamwork, as you’ll work closely with your colleagues on the floor.

  • A hands-on mentality: you’re not afraid to get stuck in and do physical work.

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • Starting salary of €15.46 per hour (including 10% shift allowance).

  • Meal allowance of €6.50 per day when you work the evening shift.

  • 25 days of annual leave based on 40 hours and the possibility to buy 4 extra holiday days per year.

  • 8% holiday pay, paid out in May.

  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km.

  • You’ll receive a 50% allowance when working between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM.

  • A solid pension scheme.
