(Assistant Team Leader) who thrives on guiding and motivating a team. In our modern 10,000 m² warehouse in 's-Hertogenbosch,

you will work alongside your team to improve logistics processes and foster a positive work environment!

• A salary between €2,650 and €2,800, depending on your experience;

• Plus a 10% shift allowance on top of your base salary;

What will you do as a Logistics Team Supervisor (Assistant Team Leader)?
As a Logistics Team Supervisor, you play a key role in guiding and supporting your team.

You help ensure that the logistics process runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting logistics team members – you’re there for your team;

• Carrying out quality checks and identifying opportunities to improve processes;

• Planning, coordinating, and distributing tasks on the warehouse floor;

• Acting as the right hand of the Team Leader and stepping in when they are absent;

• Serving as the first point of contact for questions or issues, and making sure goals are met!

What makes you the right fit?

We’re looking for an energetic leader who enjoys taking initiative and guiding the team on the warehouse floor.

You like to lead by example and motivate others. In addition, you:

• Thrive in a dynamic logistics environment;

• Are great at planning and organizing, with a strong sense of oversight;

• Have experience coaching or supporting colleagues, preferably in logistics;

• Have a hands-on mentality – you combine leadership with active participation;

• Communicate clearly, take initiative, and bring a positive attitude to the team.
