Job description

As an Allocation & Replenishment Planner, you are the link between stock, sales, and strategy. You ensure our collections are optimally distributed across our boutiques and wholesale partners. By continuously analyzing data and improving processes, you increase both availability and profitability. You work closely with teams such as Buying, Merchandising, and Retail, and have a direct impact on commercial performance.


Your responsibilities

  • Manage the initial allocation of new collections to boutiques and wholesale partners;

  • Develop and optimize allocation and clustering strategies;

  • Manage weekly replenishment cycles based on sales data and stock levels;

  • Monitor KPIs such as sell-through, stock cover, and availability;

  • Optimize stock distribution across multiple channels;

  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement process optimizations.

Job requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Allocation, Replenishment, or Merchandise Planning;

  • Experience within fashion, accessories, or a high-SKU retail environment;

  • Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI;

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights;

  • Fluent in English.
