Allround Logistic Employee

My Jewellery is looking for a driven and reliable Allround Logistic Employee to strengthen our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be involved in every part of the process from receiving goods and managing inventory to preparing orders for shipment.

About the role

As an Allround Logistic Employee, you play a central role in our warehouse operations. Your prior experience across inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory allows you to act independently and confidently take on multiple responsibilities. You ensure processes run smoothly and contribute to continuous improvement in a structured and professional environment. This is not an entry-level role, we’re looking for someone who brings operational depth and a strong work ethic!

What you will do

• Receive, check, and store incoming goods with accuracy and speed;

• Pick orders using scanners and prepare them for shipment;

• Keep inventory records updated and process stock movements in our system;

• Load and unload trucks with care and efficiency;

• Follow safety and quality procedures with precision at all times;

• Rotate between departments such as inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory management;

• Identify process bottlenecks and proactively suggest improvements.

What’s in it for you

• Gross monthly salary of €2,496 based on 40 hours;

• 10% shift bonus on top of your salary;

• 50% extra hourly pay between 06:00 and 07:00;

• Evening shift meal allowance of €6.50 per working day;

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km;

Your profile

• Significant logistics experience, including hands-on work in multiple areas such as inbound, outbound, returns, and stock control;

• A proactive and structured approach: you work well independently and take responsibility seriously;

• Full-time availability and willingness to work alternating shifts (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00);

• You live in or near 's-Hertogenbosch;

• You enjoy variety in your work and thrive in a dynamic warehouse setting;

• You’re looking for long-term growth and ready to explore opportunities beyond your current role.
