As a Machine Operator, you ensure that our advanced packaging machines and automated pick system keep running smoothly. Your tasks include:
Are you hands-on, follow procedures, and have an eye for detail? Then this role is for you! Working in our automated warehouse is truly unique, your contribution is essential to our logistics process. Here’s what you will be doing:

• Operating & monitoring: You keep our packaging machines running, refill cardboard and glue, check barcodes, and switch easily between different box types;

• Troubleshooting: You resolve small malfunctions yourself. For larger issues, you quickly escalate to your supervisor and ensure the Technical Supervisor is informed;

• Maintenance & cleaning: You regularly perform maintenance and quality checks, such as removing glue residues, cleaning parts, and general machine cleaning (including assisting with major maintenance);

• Process optimization: If you see something that can be done smarter, faster, or better? Let us know! Your ideas help us continuously improve;

• Logging: You record malfunctions in a logbook to help efficiently identify the root cause.

Do you enjoy working with modern machines, following clear procedures, and spotting every detail? Then this role is truly for you. In our innovative warehouse, you’ll make a difference every day. You are:

• Living in or near Den Bosch;

• Experienced, at least 1 year in a logistics, production, or technical environment;

• Precise, proactive, and ready to support your team wherever needed;

• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus);

• Available for 40 hours per week (5:00–14:00 and 16:00–01:00);

• Willing to obtain a forklift license.
