My Warehouse is the logistics heart of My Jewellery, one of the fastest-growing e-commerce companies in the Netherlands. From our modern warehouse, we ensure that thousands of customers in the Netherlands and abroad receive their orders on time every day.
We are looking for an accurate and enthusiastic Stock Controller to strengthen our team and work with us to further optimize our logistics processes!

What will you be doing?
As a Stock Controller, you are responsible for carefully and efficiently managing inventory accuracy in the warehouse. When discrepancies are identified, you take immediate action to analyze and correct them. This may include performing cycle counts or correcting inventory levels in the Reflex system. This is an operational role, so administrative tasks are also carried out directly on the floor. Within the warehouse, you work closely with your fellow stock controllers, warehouse colleagues, the Logistics Team Leader, and the Inventory Controller. Together, you ensure that the inventory is always in perfect order.

We work in two shifts: 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00, alternating weekly.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Proactively and reactively checking different locations for missing goods/inventory discrepancies, while identifying improvement opportunities;

• Analyzing inventory discrepancies to determine the root cause;

• Having a sharp insight into warehousing processes and quickly recognizing bottlenecks in inventory management;

• Regularly generating and performing counts (Cycle Counts);

• Carrying out administrative tasks related to inventory in the Reflex system;

• Experience with the Reflex system is a plus!;

• Contributing ideas for improvements in inventory management and logistics processes.
