About us

  • In the summer of 2011, Sharon Hilgers founded My Jewellery. What began as a website driven by a passion for jewellery, soon expanded into the first Boutique in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands. Now, we have grown into a brand with more than 60 Boutiques and a vibrant, fashion-forward community.

Vacancies

  • No, our vacancies do not have a fixed closing date. We continue searching until we find the right match. Once we have found the right candidate, we close the vacancy. See a position that suits you? Don’t wait too long and apply right away!

  • For Boutiques and My Warehouse, it’s helpful if you live close by. For Headquarters, we’re more flexible, as long as it’s practical for you, but keep in mind that you’ll usually need to be in the office at least 3 days a week.

  • Yes! We regularly offer opportunities at Headquarters, in My Warehouse and in our Boutiques.

  • In the Boutiques, you can start from age 15. At My Warehouse the minimum age is 18 and at the Headquarters it’s 16.

  • In the Boutiques, you’ll need to speak the official language of the country where the Boutique is located. At My Warehouse, Dutch or English is sufficient. At Headquarters, Dutch and/or English is required, depending on the role.

  • Only at My Warehouse. We work in two shifts: the early shift (06:00–15:00) and the late shift (15:00–00:00).

  • Yes, absolutely! Just make sure you apply for the roles that are the best fit for you.

  • If you can’t find a vacancy that suits you, sign up for our Job Alert and be the first to hear about new opportunities that match your profile!

  • The easiest way to apply is through the application form on the vacancy page. Applications via email aren’t possible.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your application has been submitted. Haven’t received anything? Check your spam folder. Still nothing? Then get in touch with the recruiter or Store Manager listed in the vacancy.

  • We usually respond within 3–5 days. If it takes longer, we’ll let you know by email.

  • If your role allows it, you can work from home a few days per week. That way, you will maintain a good work-life balance.

  • If your role allows it and you have approval from your manager, you can work remotely too!

  • At My Warehouse, there are two types of allowances: a standard 10% shift allowance and a 50% allowance for hours worked between 06:00–07:00.

    In our Boutiques, you receive an allowance for working on Sundays and public holidays. The amount of this allowance depends on the country you work in.

  • We fall under the Retail Non-Food CLA.
