New roles, same energy
“I started at My Jewellery in 2016 as a Project & Event Coordinator. From opening new Boutiques to organizing staff parties and festival stands: I was involved in everything. But after four years, I felt ready for something new. Right around that time, the pandemic hit and event work came to a stop. Luckily, I got the opportunity to join the HR team, where I focused on internal communication and strengthening the connection between colleagues.”
“Two years later, the role of Facilities Coordinator became available. It felt like a natural and exciting next step. In this role, I managed the Facilities team and was responsible for the workplace experience at our Headquarters and My Warehouse. Together, we create a pleasant, safe and inspiring work environment, and that gives me so much energy. Because when people feel good in their workplace, they can truly thrive.”
Timing and dedication matter
“What I’ve learned? Speak up about your ambitions, but also be patient. There has to be room within the company, and sometimes that takes time. But keep showing what you’re capable of, stay motivated and continue challenging yourself, even in your current role. My growth within My Jewellery happened very naturally, and I’m incredibly grateful for that.”
Feeling at home in an energetic team
“What makes my workday feel like a celebration? The atmosphere, the people and the teamwork. I truly feel at home here. And my favorite moment of the year? Our Christmas party! Celebrating the end of the year together with all colleagues… that always feels magical.”
